We extended our stay at U Chiang Mai for another three nights and we chose a bigger room with windows on two sides. We really enjoyed the excellent breakfast provided . We also tried the foot massage and the afternoon tea both are to our hearts delight.

This is the third time. We always choose this place as our base in the ancient city. We have never been disappointed, but we are not too surprised or too great; it is acceptable! This time I went to lets relax massage which is not far from the hotel, it was good 👍!

The room has an artistic atmosphere, the breakfast is dopamine-style, the location is right next to the ancient city, and you can rent bicycles for free, which is great

hotel located inside old city wall. restaurants and massage shops just outside the hotel. very convenient location. nice pool too

This was a memorable experience for us. We were very jet lagged when we arrived and the check in process was swift and we were made to feel very comfortable.
The staff are extremely friendly, kind and helpful, particularly Boy who checked us in and took us to our room.
The hotel feels luxurious and quiet, while being centered in the heart of the old city with many attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. We used the gym many times, it is equipped with treadmills, a weight machine and many dumbbells.
The beds and pillows are comfortable, and room service is available via an App which is very handy if you need more towels or coffee etc.
The breakfast is also very nice with fruit, cereals, breads, cheeses and a menu to select from, and pretty much any coffee you want.
I can't rate this place any higher, for the tired traveller or couple on a romantic get away it is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

The Bar is so nice and unique for CNX, the cocktails and the happy hour was so worth it. And of course who made our experience 10/10 is Louis, he is the BEST! Best cocktails ever 🤩

We stayed at U Chiang Mai hotel for three nights. The location was great!! The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom had quite a few stairs. The food was just okay; I ordered the mango lover set but received a subpar mango. However, the room was good for the price and included breakfast. I highly recommend trying the waffles! The front desk staff were generally unwelcoming, except for one kind staff member who was there in the morning. The spa was nice, though!

While visiting Chiang Mai, we stopped by this hotel to eat while walking around Old City.
Amazing food and atmosphere. Sodas are incredible, I recommend the lychee rose soda. Service is fantastic, and this place has great options for travelers.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff super friendly. They fulfill your every wish and make you feel good. The food is on top very very tasty and good and the service is very friendly. The cocktails are also very good and special.

The breakfast is good. Room is decent. In total, there’s 3 floors. One thing to note is that there are no lifts but not a deal breaker for me.
