The hotel presented a clean and pleasant environment, featuring a one-bedroom layout with a convertible sofa bed. The accommodation included both a bathtub and a shower. While I have previously experienced the two-bedroom option, which offered more space, the absence of windows in the second bedroom was a minor drawback. The swimming pool on the fifth floor provided a satisfactory experience. Its proximity to the night market and beach was a significant advantage. The staff generally demonstrated politeness and attentiveness; however, the demeanor of the night shift employee was perceived as somewhat impolite, particularly in interactions with other guests.

Good services, good breakfast, clean . The only issue was the noise coming from outside the unit as it was facing a place full of frogs and it was too noisy but maybe other would like the sound of nature lol but they won’t stop kwa kwa kwa

Great location for families. It is close to the night market and lots of restaurants. Kara Beach is only a 10 minute walk away and is a very nice beach for swimming.

So so nice the place really have great location. Lot of good food and restaurants. Near seven eleven. Breakfast so so good also i love it. The service really nice. All the people really nice. Have a great great hospitality there. Have a big swimming pool and kids play. Near the kata beach. I will for sure comeback. Price also not expensive. Thanks Grand Kata Vip.

The service were awesome, especially the front desk guys and the trainee boy, every time when I pass by they also can call my name and knew which room number I stay, the new trainee boy always be ready to help you with his big smile, even he might can’t to handle it.
Housekeeping team also great, always smile and say hello when they see you, seems like you go back home.

Highly recommend If you are travel with your partner, must book the room - one bedroom deluxe with plunge pool, is like a small house with basic kitchen, one bedroom and one plunge room, oh ya with bathtub in the bedroom too!

Hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and night market. Breakfast was decent but got busy and we would have to wait for seats, food would sometimes run out. Staff were very helpful and kind, fulfilled all our requests. There are 2 pools for the hotel one on the ground floor and one on the 5th floor with a bar and good view of the sunset. We stayed in the double-storey penthouse and everything worked fine. One of the lights went out and they came to fix it immediately.
