OZO Phuket

We had a wonderful stay at OZO Hotel! Our room was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful Kata Beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

One of the small yet memorable highlights of our stay was the kind and cheerful gardener who greeted us with a warm smile and a “good morning” every day as we headed to breakfast. It was a simple gesture, but it truly added a special touch to our mornings.

The only downside was that, despite paying €2000 for 6 nights, our room did not have a balcony. For a hotel in this price range, we expected this amenity to be included.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend OZO Hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and friendly atmosphere!

Good day to all. A wonderful modern hotel, located in the developed infrastructure of the tourist zone, everything is within walking distance. The sea is a five-minute walk away. The hotel territory is well-kept, green. The staff is responsive and attentive. Feel free to choose this hotel, you will have a great vacation.

Liked it. Just got back. The territory is a huge plus. Clean, everything is new. There is a children's pool and a small playground. The breakfast is varied. Of the minuses - some of the rooms have blind windows and the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. For $ 200 for 10 days we replaced the room with a view of the garden, which has a balcony - there is at least somewhere to dry things and the ability to ventilate. The pool is large 1.2 m - not deep. Warm. I did not feel the smell of the river that flows on the territory of the hotel. Thanks to this hotel, this vacation in Thailand was much more enjoyable than the last one. I don't know why not a single travel agency offered this option. I found it myself

The staff is the heart of this hotel, they are all incredibly friendly and helpful and speaking good english!

The location is very good, you can reach the beach easily through the back door which has secured access.

I enjoyed the pool area.

Improvements that could be made :
- new sunbeds, they are all pretty damaged
- chocolate dip (such as Nutella) in the breakfast
- slices of cheese / chicken / ham in the breakfast

We stayed in a 2-bedroom room with our 3 kids (ages 5, 8, and 10) and we absolutely loved it.

We chose the hotel mainly because of its location, and it turned out to be perfect. It's located next to the Kata walking street, with a 7/11 store right in front of the hotel, plenty of shops, pharmacies, massage parlors, and good restaurants. It's just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Additionally, there's a convenient laundry service next to the hotel that delivers clothes when they're ready.

The hotel is ideal for kids, as it has 3 pools: one shallow pool for the little ones with a slide and some fountains, another slightly deeper pool with a larger slide, a volleyball net, and a climbing wall, and one for adults, which is not too deep.

Even though the hotel is not directly on the beach, there's a back door that provides easy access to the beach within a 5-minute walk, along with a spot to rinse off the sand when you return.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, not too crowded, and very tasty. There's also a section for the kids with a lower shelf where they can help themselves to food.

There are also activities for children. Every evening, there's a different movie showing, and you can buy popcorn, marshmallows, corn, and more (50 baht each).

The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds, a clean and spacious shower, and a balcony with plenty of hangers to dry swimming suits and clothes.

The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very well maintained, and you can see that they frequently check and fix the hotel facilities.

Stayed a few days in a two twin bed room. Room was spacious and clean, unfortunately it was easy to hear noise from the hallway and other rooms but not too bad. The elevators were fast! The grounds were large and had many amenities like billiards, movie nights for kids, large pool, splash pad, water slides, and a large restaurant.

The breakfast buffet is included with the room and quite excellent, we stuffed ourselves with great food and many drink options too! The juices and entrees rotated daily so didn’t get tired of the same options. Tried dinner once and it was the best pad Thai we ate in Thailand, simply delicious! The Penang curry was also quite good. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly, especially the price was great for the value.

Looking very new, the room is very clean. The staff is definitely well trained, polite, and well communication. The breakfast is awesome, good variety and taste good as well.
We get interconnected rooms as requested. And one bonus is we get free room upgrade, oh my, thanks to Ozo.
Our stay here definitely a pleasant one, and we will surely book this hotel if we back to Phuket.

I had the pleasure to spend a three night stay meeting up with friend in Phuket and must say that i really enjoyed this hotel. It is most convenient located, in the middle of Kata and yet very quiet and peaceful. We shared our time hanging out by the huge pool and the beach. The pool is perfectly located in the back of the hotel with lush gardens and plenty of space and sunbeds. Staff was outstanding and served us fresh fruit shakes and drinks along with a very good choice of food that we could have right on our sunbed or at the shaded restaurant. Rooms were well fitted and decorated with taste, quiet and convenient. A really relaxing stay all in all and i will definitely return !

The location of the hotel is great. The staff and receptionists are hospitable. The service is attentive and efficient. It was a nice cozy room we stayed in. The hotel buffet is not bad with a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool is nice and well-maintained. All in all, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay!
