Beyond Karon

The room smells like people smoked inside it, the smell stayed even we opened windows and air conditioning, the toilet and the water in the bathroom was dark and unclear most of the time, the breakfast was less than basic comparing to other hotels we stayed in phuket, the price are super overrated and the value for money is very low.
The hotel is on the beach with direct access to the beach and that what maybe make it somehow attractive to tourists, but this consideration for me was a mistake because there are a lot more options to choose who are also close to the beach.

The hotel is quite old, breakfast so so, the Bread has moldy but the staff just like nothing happen, and not even change/take away the whole bread.

Facilities consider ok, but too many ppl using the umbrella chair, so we sit at near the bar area but no order anything. Seems like the bartender not so welcoming us as well. The beer is much more expensive compare to outside .

The location is good, many food nearby but the price quite high. Beach just besides the hotel, I think this is the only advantage. The air-conditioner is not cold, after called many times but still not fix until we check out.the bed sheet is full with the sands, and it is dirty, sure they won’t change the bedsheet. I know water saving is good to our Mother Nature, but you have collected our money, but asks us to use the dirty bed sheet?

Me and my friends are coming for a relax and hope we can get some good service on the money we paid for, but this doesn’t happen in our vacation.

For the price we paid for the fake 4/5 stars hotel, we believe can get another better hotel than this at kata/karon area.
