One of the best experiences of a hotel I’ve had to date. The staff made the stay an unforgettable time for myself and girlfriend who stayed during the Christmas period. We decided to stay an extra night and they upgraded up, free of charge, to an amazing room right by the swimming pool. The restaurant right on the beach was also lovely. I honestly cannot speak more highly of the staff and we will definitely be returning!

We stayed there for nine nights. Really nice and helpful personnel. I really recommend it to the families with kids. Nice swimming pools and beach access. Good tasty breakfast. It's a great value for the money.

Wonderful staff, incredibly kind and helpful. Our spacious beachfront villa was newly renovated and super smart. Massive shower. Lovely terrace with sea views. Restaurant is opposite. It’s really quiet and peaceful at night. Was lovely to sit in our terrace listening to the sea.
The beach here is small so if you’re looking for long walks on the beach maybe isn’t your spot. The beaches to the south are definitely better but the hotel itself is great value.

Very nice hotel close to Khao Lak center.
Pools were really nice, the atmosphere was very calm and the staff was very helpful.
The hotel is on a convenient distance from Khao Lak center, so it is easy to go out for dinner just walking.

Stayed in the new complex (hotel building) for more than a week now (low season).
Just love this place.
Staff is very friendly and service great.
The big swimming pool is refreshing.
Breakfast is basic but fresh and good.
Would always come back in low season!

The hotel have four sections, three with own pools and one on the beach. Stayed in an apartment on the second floor with a nice balcony with a view at the pool.
We were very satisfied with the rooms, with the restaurant, breakfast, service, cleaning and prices.
It is perfect to mix the days between the beach and the pool.
Recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, super service.
Fantastic restaurant by the sea.
Drinks were a bit thin on the alcohol side, but considering the price, not a big issue, just buy one more and enjoy the view.

Close to the beach but about 1.6 km to shops and bars. Clean rooms and great pools. The restaurant sells good food at reasonable prices.
It would be good to have smoking area and non smoking area in the restaurant though. Or ban smoking near the restaurant even better!

Nice hotel, very quiet and calm atmosphere. Good for families. But the beach is pretty small for the hotel area. The restaurant compensate it with great view, food and drinks just down at the water side. // And other beaches are also around the corner.

The hotel looks like beach front because of the location on the map, but don’t get fooled. The rooms are spread over 3 blocks. The only ones that have access to the 20-meter piece of beach are the "sea-front villas”. The seafront villas have a view of the sea, yes, but in the middle of a lot of sun chairs in this small piece of sand strip.
Spa: I had a massage with oil, but it just seemed that the masseuse was spreading oil all over my body instead of doing a massage. Although at first I said that it was full of tensions in the back, she did not increase the pressure. People should probably have massage on the beach, because the internal massage space (spa) is horrible, to say the least. Smell of a closed place, massage with the light on at the maximum, oil with nothing pleasant smell, no background music, nothing relaxing.
Beach towels are provided, but they weigh 1kg of softener that must be placed on each one.
The only positive point is the size of the room, very spacious, with sink for crockery, coffee and complimentary water.
