Amazing spot for a holiday! The facilities are incredible, and there’s so much to do during the day with all the activities they organize. The pool is massive and spread out, so it never feels too crowded, which is great. There are plenty of dining options—Italian, international, and Thai—so you don’t even need to leave the resort for good food. My favorite part is the room design. It’s so spacious, with a huge deck and an equally impressive bathroom, all beautifully maintained. The hospitality is always top-notch, and the breakfast is hands down the best I’ve ever had. This is my second stay here, and I’ll definitely be back again. If you’re looking for a perfect holiday getaway, this place is a must-visit!

Our family spent 5 nights here in the 2 bedroom suite. The staff were all really helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our time here. The activities were slightly hard to book as spaces were limited on many of them; need to book in advance. Lots of dining options. But far from Phuket airport.

Huge well maintained resort. Has family and adults sections. Plenty of activities for children and adults to be occupied whole day. Huge pool running throughout the property. Staff and management are top notch. We had some minor issues with our room initially, which were promptly attended to. The food at the resort is quite pricey. It’s worth to prepay for half board if planning to eat on site.

Superb service, friendly and warm, English speaking, amazing chefs 👨🍳 👩🍳 🍳 and chamber services are superb, too. Their actions are thoughtful. For example, my charging wire is messy and placed on the table. When I was back after the water sports, the charging cable was neatly tied. I also noticed there was a creative built towel look-alike elephant 🐘, slippers neatly arranged. I was touched by their thoughtful actions. Because back to my country, Marina Bay Sands does not do that much like your caring staff. Thumb up to your chamber staff 👍 👏👏👏 Just want to say thank you to them. Also friendly Male staff at main counter, his name is Tiger.

We had a very good time in this hotel. The beach walks were the best. Secluded place, not crowded, you can walk alone in one of the longest beaches I have ever seen. Sunsets are amazing.
The kids had a blast, there are so many things to do for them that there were always entertained.
Make sure you get a room with access to the pool so the kids can get out and swim.
The breakfast had so many options, a bit crowded for our taste so we ended up having breakfast in the room after the first day.
We stayed 5 night but we could have stayed 5 more easily.
It would have been nice to give a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the cushions in the restaurants, specially the beach bar and the breakfast restaurant.

Perfectly located on the beach 5 min drive from town centre.
Perfect place for the kids. My Niece and Nephew made lots of friends and loved the food.
The breakfast was the best iv ever seen in a hotel I had 3 a day 😆
Best view for sunset and lots of daily excursions to be taken up.
All staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Will be back within the next year.

It is a beautiful hotel with great customer service. The best restaurant was The Drift and the Indian beach buffet. The Italian, and lunch by the beach - very average. We had a lovely stay, however if we had to stay there longer than 4 nights, the hotel was a bit too big for us. The beach is nice, but not wow - great for long walks though + beautiful sunsets. This hotel is great for floating as they have an endless pool! We found that the coffee amount in our room was a problem, every Nespresso capsule given was carefully calculated. Overall, we had a good stay.

Rooms have been newly renovated and are very pretty & spacious. The bathrooms are pretty too but be cautious about the shower area - they often smell extremely damp. I did tell the plumbing team about it and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Housekeeping is really really good and they really do aim to please.
Service is amazing. They’re all so friendly and so accommodating, you won’t have any complaints in this area.

Excellent hotel, great service and friendly staff. The pool and the beach were just perfect for my family, we enjoyed our week so much. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great with a five star experience again, perhaps especially the turn down service which puts an extra touch to the stay. Happy to come back any time!

Stayed at this hotel from 21 to 25 February 2024. We took two rooms with access to the pool. Room cleaning is very poor and only for show. In one of the rooms the ventilation system did not work, the humidity was as if there was a swimming pool right in the room. The engineering service didn’t really do anything, they brought a dehumidifier and told us not to turn off the air conditioner. Idiocy. It was absolutely impossible to breathe due to the humidity. All things are thoroughly wet. Elderly parents lived in the room, and as a result their health deteriorated greatly. The black floors on the terrace get so hot in the sun that furniture sticks to them. As a result, our little daughter burned her feet. The hotel did not react to all this and did not even apologize. We were forced to leave 4 days earlier and then the most interesting thing happened. The operation to return the money and deposit paid for the hotel (paid by card) turned into a quest. As a result, the hotel charged the payment a second time, but never made a refund!!! And this happened after we left there! The quest to get your money back is not over yet! The amount owed by the hotel is 189'000 THB! This is the most disgusting hotel and service in our entire travel history!
