Location: Khao Lak, Nang Thong beach, 800 m from the tourist zone La On Village (10 min walk), 3 km from the tourist area of Bang Niang beach (5 min drive), 77 km from Phuket international airport (1 hour 10 min drive).
Consists of 11 buildings (2-3 floors).
The hotel has 284 rooms. Rooms for people with disabilities no. Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge.
A damage Deposit of 5,000 baht or 200 usd per room, per stay.

A lovely resort, with friendly staff. Pools were lovely and clean, the slide was very popular! The rooms were modern & clean. The bed was a little firm for me personally & pillows too soft. The breakfast & dinner buffets are amazing!! A+++
The resort was mostly isolated, which meant you had to get taxis everywhere. Otherwise, you could walk into town. There is also a shuttle available for 50 baht per person to various locations at set times.
This is a family-friendly resort, although kids under 16 were not allowed in the main pool by the beach.
Overall, I do recommend if you are looking for a more 'relaxed' resort.

The Hotel is mainly a family hotel. The housekeeping is sometimes made and sometimes not, I think it depends on the mood of the room maids. Service at the seaside and main restaurant is very, very nice and friendly. If you eat Thai food it is good, but do not try other food, this will be average at the best. Main problem we see is, that the departments do not work together, e.g. We wanted additional laundry bags, ordered them at the reception. They promised that housekeeping will bring them…nothing. I ordered flowers for my wife‘s birthday. On her birthday I had to remember the reception and then they made the order…they forgot to do it. Overall: average hotel

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! You will not find anywhere better for excellent service. The rooms are spacious and modern, the facilities suit all age ranges. There are areas that suit adults only, with a large pool and swim up bar. The breathtaking beach is just steps away. The family facilities include a splash area and waterside. There are activities to suit every age group. Breakfast is amazing, such a choice including freshly made juices, omelettes, a range of bread, cold meats, salad, also Thai food options. A special mention to Kathleen, for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. This was our second visit and we’ll be back to our happy place here very soon.

We have stayed at this wonderful resort three times over the past five years and it was always perfect. The kids love it, the staff is absolutely amazing and kind. Everything is clean, there is shade from beautiful trees around the pools. The toddler water fun part has rubbery ground so the little ones don’t slip. Beach is right there, too. Rooms are spacious and modern, we also liked how quiet they are. Kids suites come with fun colors and playful details in the adjacent kids room. Will be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice family hotel. Great beach, pools and well maintained garden environment. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly troughout, restaurant lunch and dinner generally good. We enjoyed our one week relax stay. Downsides: Really bad breakfast (quality and ambience) and not in walking distance of town/ restaurants. On international scale more 4 rather than 5 star.

A great place for a relaxing romantic getaway. Beautiful sandy beach, cozy and well-groomed area. You can dine in a restaurant overlooking the sea. The hotel has several swimming pools of varying depths. Tasty food. Polite and professional staff. I would especially like to note the work of the chief administrator Hans, who helped with our non-standard request. There is also a street with a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops within a 10-minute walk. It would be great to also put the shower closer to the beach so you don't have to walk through the entire main pool. Otherwise, everything is great! We will definitely return.

We were happy with the hotel! The location is somewhat remote from the two centers, but it worked nicely for us. It's nice and calm. Enjoyed the pools, splash area, slide and the clean beach. Hans the Concierge was most helpful and organized nice trips and dinner bookings for us!

Excellent staff, very helpful. This hotel has access to the beach. There are adult swimming pools and also separate children's play pool with slides and water fountains. The cocktails aren't great here. However, a great range of breakfast in the morning and also a choice of freshly squeezed fruit juices, which was a real treat( pineapple, tangerine and watermelon..).I always opted for mix of 3. We had a best thin crispy pizza here. You can either book a shuttle from the hotel to go to the town centre or market, or take a local taxi which park in the lane just outside the hotel entrance. However if you are used to walking the centre is only about 15 mins and 30 mins to the night market which take place every Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
