Location: Khao Lak, Nang Thong beach, 800 m from the tourist zone La On Village (10 min walk), 3 km from the tourist area of Bang Niang beach (5 min drive), 77 km from Phuket international airport (1 hour 10 min drive).
Consists of 11 buildings (2-3 floors).
The hotel has 284 rooms. Rooms for people with disabilities no. Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge.
A damage Deposit of 5,000 baht or 200 usd per room, per stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property is beautifully designed, with a well-maintained and intimate atmosphere that makes everything easily accessible. The modern rooms, lovely pool areas, and direct access to the sea create a perfect setting for relaxation.
What stood out the most was the exceptional professionalism of the staff. Although we initially faced a minor delay at check-in, the team handled it very well, offering a sincere and professional apology, which we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel where we felt completely at ease. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with our reservation, but Jane assisted us with professionalism and kindness, quickly resolving everything. The hotel is new, well-maintained, and always spotless, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

1. Bed bugs. I’ve been miserable since getting my first night and they refused to acknowledge the bed bugs so I got eaten alive.
2. The patio door doesn’t close/ lock letting in bugs. The elevator stopped working. The key card stopped working prior to check out. The espresso machine stopped working. The hot water and the water pressure is poor.
3. The staff were friendly except when I brought the issues to their attention they basically just said that these weren’t issues. The bed bugs really set the tone for the place.
4. If you’re with family then you are put into the family wing which is not on the beach and you have to cross a road and have a bit of a walk to get to the beach.

Just returned from a 4-days stay with our toddler (2) and first-grader (7), and I must say - what a pleasant surprise! The low season meant incredible rates and a practically private resort experience.
The family room setup was brilliant - kids got their own themed room with bunk beds while we had our space. The multiple pools were a massive hit - my 7-year-old couldn't get enough of the water slide, while the little one splashed happily in the shallow kids' pool.
The kids' club was a lifesaver during the afternoon heat, with amazing staff and plenty of activities. Breakfast spread was extensive, though we mainly stuck to the western options for the kids.
The best part? No waiting for anything - from restaurant tables to pool loungers. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a peaceful escape without breaking the bank.

We stumbled upon this resort while looking for a family-friendly option during low season, and it exceeded our expectations! The real winner here is the room layout - we had a pool-access family suite, which made it super convenient with two kids (2 and 7).
No need to pack bags for pool time - just step right out! The kids' room with its fun wall art and study desk was a thoughtful touch. Being low season, we basically had the place to ourselves, which made the experience even more special.
The 24/7 coffee machine near the lobby became my morning ritual spot. The kids' club was unusually well-equipped - my older one loved the craft activities while the little one was obsessed with the play area.
Only minor gripe was the limited evening entertainment, but with such great rates and peaceful atmosphere, we really couldn't complain. Perfect for families wanting a laid-back beach resort experience.

Staff was absolutely amazing. The ladies at front desk were super accommodating, helpful and amazing with my kids. I would highly recommend this resorts to families. Everywhere is super clean. I wasn’t aware that it is a non-smoking resort which is great for kids but I think the hotel should be clear on their advertising platforms as it was very inconvenient for some member of our party.

The hotel, rooms and pools are amazing. Beach is great to walk along into the towns. It is a bit of a hike into town on foot but doable. Taxi service is good. 150 baht to either town.

Great resort and family friendly.
We had a great 5 day experience here with kids.
The friendly staff in management ,
Main restaurant, sea food restaurant and specially the kids club were so great with much hospitality.

The hotel is very good! The rooms are big and comfortable, clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The area of the pool is amazing! 3 large pools including kids area and adult pool. The beautiful beach is right there at the end of the pool area.
Restaurant of the hotel is very good, at lunch they offer free food for little kids.
The breakfast is very good as well.
The only downside is that the location of the hotel is pretty isolated. Need a taxi to get to the nearest seven eleven, and also there is not a lot to do.
Kho Lak in general - there is not much to do, you mainly come there to be in the hotel.
To summarise: Recommended!

A lovely resort, with friendly staff. Pools were lovely and clean, the slide was very popular! The rooms were modern & clean. The bed was a little firm for me personally & pillows too soft. The breakfast & dinner buffets are amazing!! A+++
The resort was mostly isolated, which meant you had to get taxis everywhere. Otherwise, you could walk into town. There is also a shuttle available for 50 baht per person to various locations at set times.
This is a family-friendly resort, although kids under 16 were not allowed in the main pool by the beach.
