Stayed in the beach front pool villa for my birthday vacation , great service and staff is friendly

The rooms are beautifully designed, fully functional, and clean and the hotel still has turn down service.

Breakfast is a a la cart buffet was so amazing and the great taste.

No real beach but can walk to real beach about 5 minutes.

The breakfast and the view from the room were the most impressive. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

This is a fantastic escape from the Phuket chaos. We got the pool villa with sea view and it was just stunning. Spacious room and bathroom. Out own Little swimming pool, our own lounge chair and umbrella. The best part was during high tide when the waves crash on the coast, you could feel it inside the room at times! We had a wonderful trip!

This was the first time staying at Casa de La Flora and we were very impressed. The room was beautiful, the bed was soft, and the food was absolutely delicious. Most importantly, the staffs were lovely—very friendly and had great service minds. Special thanks to Khun Aye at the restaurant for taking such great care of us. Stayed in the large villa with small pool. Overall great experience, the staff where very professional and super sweet. The a la carte breakfast which was included with our stay was very nice, great they let you have it until 2pm, so I can sleep in and have a late brunch. No real beach in front of property, even though it does have an access the sea and very nice pool, there a couple of places 5min walk away with a beach and lounge chairs. Would love to come back.

We spent five days at this 5-star rated hotel in Khao Lak (beach town about 2 hours outside of old town Phuket). The modern design was appealing, and everything was clean throughout our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Most employees spoke a little English, but sometimes communication was challenging due to language barriers. For instance, we had booked a spa treatment for Thursday, but it was scheduled for Friday instead. They did still accept us that day, even with the mix up. Additionally, the lock on our room was never fixed. I notified the staff multiple times that the door could be opened without a key card, but the issue was never resolved.

On a positive note, the food was delicious during both breakfast and dinner at the La Aranya restaurant. They even set up a special table and provided complimentary champagne to help us celebrate our anniversary. Overall, the hotel is lovely, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Check in: warm welcome with drinks offered. Less waiting time and offered room right away.

Food: A la cart bfast with orders up till 2pm. A real deal for couple on honeymoon or celebration as tendency to stay in room longer.

Location: prime location in bang nian market nearby. You can rent motorcycles nearby starting from 250bath or you can walk for 10mins to cafes along the way.

Service: superb with twice housekeeping per day & complimentary in room amenities.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food here is absolutely amazing (especially the breakfast). I dont usually wake up for breakfast on vacation, but I definitely woke up every day that I was here. The beach almost feels private. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and be away from the city. This was my first time visiting Phuket and didn't realize how far Khao Lak was. It takes an hour and a half to get to and from the airport and about 2 hours to get to the city center of Phuket. Visiting areas in Phuket was inconvenient which is why I gave 3 stars for the location but if you are coming to stay at a resort in Khao Lak and enjoy the bars and shopping in Khao Lak, I'd highly recommend these villas.

This truly has been one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in my life and I’ve traveled to Europe, Asia, Middle East. The cleanliness at this hotel is on another level although I came here having low expectations but they not only met my expectations but exceeded them as well. The entire staff is so attentive to details and will remember your food allergies, what you like and what you don’t like. They always greet you with a smile and want to do anything to help you. They are very generous when it comes to inroom amenities, they even stack your minibar with complementary drinks. Their breakfast view opens one’s appetite and they have delicious and gourmet options not just your typical omelette and pancakes (any food you see here is from their breakfast menu) - special thanks to Vivi and her team for always remembering my slice of lemon and teriyaki sauce on the side 🤍🥹😍. The reception team is also always willing to help in recommendations, answering questions about the town, pushing us to take an umbrella (and they are always right because it ends up raining), and accommodating our requests 🤍🤍🤍 thank you to Tawan, Chun, Nook, Fao Fao, and Micah.

The spa is super convenient and affordable yet is super luxurious in terms of service and professionalism. They always have offers and special editions treatments going on

*Location*
Although far from Phuket, yet you have everything that you need 3 mins by car and 10 mins by walk. There is a whole lively street filled with restaurants, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies..etc. - the whole town felt very safe and the tourists presents were 99% families and couples so it’s always friendly on the streets and never rowdy.
