A Truly wonderful stay. The price is very good. The staff are lovely, room clean and modern. Pool beach and restaurant are spot on and the breakfast was the best we have had on our 35 day road trip around Southern Thailand staying in 10+ hotels.

the room is quite an old design. the room is big and spacy. the resort view is great. right next to the beach. this place is quit far from other attractions and shops. no 7-eleven nearby. all staff member are super nice and friendly. the kids' room is great. lots of activities each day. the staff can keep an eye on your kids (in the kids room) while you have a nice swim at the pool. overall experince is great.

I was truly impressed during my first stay here. The service from the staff was excellent, they greeted guests warmly and even addressed us by name. The front desk team was especially attentive and welcoming. One of the housekeeping staff surprised us by folding a bird from a coconut leaf, heartfelt message, which made us feel right at home. I was very happy to stay here for my son’s birthday trip, and I will definitely come back again.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, genuine smiles, and world-class hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special, and we cannot thank the entire team enough.

A special shoutout to the incredible staff who made our experience so memorable: Oil, Cream, Tu, Chef Tao, Parn, Jam, Mew, Bew, Sean, Alban, Chef Kung (the amazing omelette lady!), Mai, Games, Kitty, Shane (our awesome boxing trainer), Tor (poolside champ and trainer), Tum (our billiard buddy!), Pim and Ae at reception, Ta the bellboy who helped with our luggage, and Eve and Jim, our kind and hardworking room attendants. You all made us feel right at home.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to the Kids Club team — Prae, Aommy, Kook, Nong, See, Nana, and May — for taking such wonderful care of our little ones. They absolutely loved every moment with you, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands.

The food, the beach, the pool, and the overall atmosphere were fantastic, but it’s truly the people who made our trip exceptional. Outrigger Khao Lak isn’t just a resort — it’s a place filled with heart and soul.

Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and joyful escape. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is located in an amazing area. The beach is beautiful and very untouched. The hotel is well designed, especially because it dedicates plenty of space to greenery. The setting is perfect for spending a few days with family and is very kid-friendly. The pool is really enjoyable, surrounded by coconut palms. The gardens are beautifully maintained.
Breakfast is satisfactory but nothing special; it's unoriginal and becomes repetitive after a few days.
The staff is very friendly, but as the stay progresses, you sometimes notice a lack of experience among the hotel staff, which isn't up to the standard you'd expect for a hotel in this price range.

Simply everything you can and should ask for from a resort.
A beautiful place, unusually kind and charming staff, excellent facilities.

Perfect for families with little children, there is an excellent kids club for the rainy hours.
A rich and indulgent breakfast.
The resort is on a long stretch of beach and within a short walk you can reach an abundance of Thai beach restaurants in a wide range of prices, as well as a massage.

There is a supermarket two minutes' walk away, and also cheap and local laundry services.

The hotel offers a discounted shuttle to the town and the night market.

Highly recommend, our only regret is that we didn't stay more nights 😉

A peaceful and spacious resort with all amenities. It has a lovely beach with sunset view. The waves are calm and water is blue.. one can float in the water for a long long time and relax.
The food at the property is good and can be helped by staff to customise as per requirement. We are vegetarian and hence it was a big plus. The evening dinner at the beach side restaurant with light volume live music is absolutely soothing. The only negative could be that the property is 15mins away from nearest 7 Eleven and quite far from the main village market. But for us it was a bonus as we loved the privacy and peace away from crowd even in the december month of peak season. The kids club staff are so caring and cooperative, my kid was always excited to be there and dint have enough of it.

Stunning resort in a beautiful beach location. Staff are all wonderful with delicious food. Rooms well appointed with very comfortable bed. There are also plenty of dining options close by.

A very peaceful hotel with a very quiet atmosphere what we wanted. For couples it's wonderful especially during the high season the hotel feels very empty but stuff said it's full. The stuff Artem saved our stay because our photographer didn't make it but Artem assist with taking picturesfor our socials a big Thanks to him. We will be back that's for sure

Every time I come here, I am impressed. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the room, the view, everything is perfect for relaxation. Thank you, Khun Au and all the lovely staff there who made our vacation even more special and fun. We will come back every year.
