I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but this one tops them all. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was fantastic, the beach was beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning.

I left feeling completely recharged. A special thank you to Paul, the General Manager, who was outstanding nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism.

What a wonderful experience my friends and I had.
The setting was divine, the rooms comfortable, the staff bent over backwards to make our 10 day stay there as memorable as possible. From the front desk staff (thank you Ben and Hanif), the girls who cleaned our rooms daily, and the restaurant staff, we appreciate you all.
The hotel itself is long so the rooms are designed to blend into the environment without taking away from the natural charm.
We stayed in the deluxe rooms with private pool access.... pure bliss.

We checked in for two nights, and was accompanied by one of the hosts, named Miss Jay if I am not mistaken.

She is extremely polite, and we were given a room at the first floor. But she quickly recognized that I have elderly parents and she offered with an alternative room at the ground floor. We are very thankful and appreciated with the kind gesture

Overall it was a fantastic experience
-Rooms were extremely clean and with luxurious interior
-Facilities were top notched
-Breakfast buffet was really fantastic with alot of options
- All of the hotel staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating.
- As I drove from Kuala Lumpur, secure parking could be a concern. Nevertheless, this hotel provide designated parking which is secure 👍🏻

Will definitely return to this place next time, and highly recommended! We definitely enjoyed our short stay here for 2 nights!

Wow! What a place! I can’t fault my stay here! Most amazing facilities, food, drinks and staff! Stayed in a swim up pool room for 6 nights and would highly recommend it. Already planning on coming back. My boyfriend and I did the cocktail making class twice with Tao, and had the most incredible time learning to make cocktails and getting to drink them. He has so much knowledge and made the experience so fun and one we will never forget.
As I said, i definitely will be returning to this hotel!

Great on every level.

Firstly the staff are very guest orientated and you will be made to feel very welcome. Me and my partner were treated like royalty. The kindest and nicest staff you could ask to be hosted by.
Room was fantastically designed and the hotel aesthetics are extremely pleasing on the eye. You will be hard pushed to find somewhere nicer if you want somewhere authentically Thai.

Cleanliness and upkeep is key here. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily and the hotel itself is very well maintained, looking like it was built yesterday.

Lastly the food they serve for breakfast was amazing. Breakfast buffets at hotels can be very hit and miss but these must have top chefs because I have never experienced such a fine cuisine for a hotel breakfast buffet.

We were very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a slice of luxury.

The hotel is newly opened and very beautiful. The rooms are modern. The building has a Thai style. It is very beautiful for taking pictures. The staff is lovely and provides excellent service.

Nice relaxing hotel north of Pueket. Beautiful sunset beach views. Although they don't keep it very clean. Breakfast is nice with a river setting. Lunch and dinner has good quality but slow service. Expensive drinks are better purchased outside. Several shops and restaurants are right outside within easy walking distance.

New five star hotel in Khao Lak. The rooms are designed for the comfort of guests. Retro style buildings At the same time with the atmosphere of the garden and the landscape of the canal, which is surrounded by tropical trees in our house. I recommend coming and relaxing

We had the package which included breakfast and another meal. All meals were excellent. The staff were so friendly and professional. Loved the main pool and also had access to a pool outside our room. A little bit of a drive from the main town but plenty to do and easy access to everything.
