The villa was beautiful, the beach was beautiful but the service from the staffs and manager I will give 1 star for not caring what we faced during the staying.
Also the cleaner forgot the hat in ours bathroom when she came to clean🥲
I’m so sad to staying at the beautiful accommodation but the services and the noise didn’t make us rest.
It’s my first time bringing my family to stay at the5 stars hotel.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, we were upgraded without asking! Facilities were excellent and very well cared for.
