The pictures shown are deceptive and the rooms are full of wall seepage and pillows are hard to sleep . The rooms lighting were shady and not a cozy feeling to stay and the size of room was small. There was not much cleanliness and no housekeeping staff to help you for luggage and phones were not working . The only plus point is location of the hotel but there was lot of sound of busy street at night as this hotel is near fighting club and one cannot sleep peacefully , rest all i did not like how they have maintained their hotel at such a prime location. Their bath gel etc were smelly and no fragrance was there. The wood in the room had small ants on the table.

We had bad experiences with the hotel and their service the hotel is untidy and their staffs are very rude and helpless ones had a very worst experience.

Substandard hotel, bathroom shrink water getting stagnant . Cannot lock toilet door. Reception collects 1000Bhat as security deposit.

The hotel turned out to be worse than I thought. I would say that this is an overnight stay and not a hotel. the images of the hotel that you can see are deceptive. the room smells unpleasant, cockroaches are running around on the ground floor, the bathroom is rusty, the ceilings are shabby, the bedding and towel they give also have an unpleasant smell. in my case, they did not change the bedding after the promised three days, now it is the 5th day of my stay. Of the advantages, I would highlight only the presence of a rooftop pool and a free breakfast.

The location of this hotel is perfect for someone who is looking to party on Bangla road. The staff is nice. However,the bedsheets are changed every 3 days, towels everyday. The music from the street and the fight stadium can be loud. It is an older hotel but the rooms are spacious. A few bugs can be found here and there. The swimming pool could do with a little maintenance.

Found mold and bugs in bathroom. Bed sheets had a yellow stain upon arrival and the room smells of urine.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!
The worst hotel that I have ever been.
The pillowcases and all the toppings were so so dirty.
There were no electricity in the morning hours.
The room smells awful when you turn on the air condition.
Also we found that there were small bugs in all
of the furniture of the room that have entered also to our baggages.
Last but no least the staff was so rude and apathetic when we explained to them our problems.
The only good thing is that it is next to the centre road.

The management was very nice and helpful. They let us early check-in free of cost. The accommodation system in phuket has a very weird rules. Check in time 2PM and check out 12pm. which means all the hotels let u stay for 22 hrs instead of 24hrs.
But this hotel management let us stay (early check-in) without any extra cost. Very budget friendly. And they printed my few very important documents for free of cost. I happily gave them tips.

We had a reservation for 5 rooms at this hotel. The day before the booking was reconfirmed. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they did not have our reservation or free rooms. They sold our seats to other guest. On the same day, several other people faced the same situation. Service very arrogant and not offering any help. After 30 hours of travel, you are simply left with nothing. I do not recommend
