Had a wonderful stay at the property. I wonder how I missed this property in my previous visits to Phuket.
I can describe this property as the calmness amongst the chaos. It is located very much near to the Patong walking street and yet this property gives you the calm vibes.
Centrally located and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staffs were kind and welcoming and friendly. Perfectly worth the price.
Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.
There are few cats roaming in the property which is friendly as well.

30m from Bangla without the noise in room. Balcony's for all rooms.
Great value for money. Low season when I attended and some works were being performed to upgrade a new bar area and another extension.

Stayed at Lokal Phuket during our trip and loved the location! 🏝️ Just a short walk from Bangla Street, the night market, Jungceylon Mall, and even a 7-Eleven — everything you need is close by! 🛍️🍜
The hotel had a great vibe, super clean rooms, and a helpful staff who made our stay smooth. The room was compact but had all the essentials you’d need. 🛏️✨
Bonus points for the swimming pool to chill after a hot day and the bike rental service, which we used a couple of times to explore around. 🚲☀️
Perfect spot if you want to be in the heart of Patong but still have a comfy place to crash!

Avoid this hotel! I booked and paid for the room for two months ago 11.01.25 and when I arrived at the hotel 19.03.25 about 19-00 my booking was cancelled!!! The reception says that my agent canceled, and the agent assures that the hotel has not closed the sales. I only needed one night, but I was assured that there were no places. And while I was looking for another hotel, a girl comes to the reception and pays for the room, I asked her when she booked. She replied that right now. So they had free rooms. The money was not returned to me.Avoid this place!!

the hotel is right in the middle of everything. bangla road's super close, and all the massages and shops are walkable. if you're looking for halal food, though, you'll have to take a tuktuk. no irons in the room. even though it's in patong, it wasn't too loud. lots of good photo spots walking to the hotel. the room was fine, nothing fancy, but it was affordable so nothing to complain about. and they have a bunch of cats hanging out in the lobby, which was a plus point!

If you are reading this review don’t think twice just book this hotel in pictures it will look good to you but when you will reach it will feel fantastic.
Staffs are friendly rooms are clean and big, friendly cats all around at its near all the core places like beach, shooting range, club, bangla road, restaurants etc.
It’s also it’s own famous plant shop you know!!

An excellent hotel with more than excellent location. Both Patong Beach and Bangla walking street are in a walking distance. The hotel stuffs were amazing, rooms were neat and clean, and the balcony area was just the cherry on top. Highly recommended 👌.

The room is so clean. Good location with many attractions nearby within walking distance. Receptionist staff is so helpful & can speak fluent English.

I really like this hotel. All of the staff are friendly. If you like cats, they have cats around. The pool is very deep, like 1.6 m to 1.8 m. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, it's very quiet. I really recommend it.

The location of the hotel is amazing, have fun as you wish and you are at the hotel in 5 minutes.
You are directed to the cafe opposite for breakfast. The food is very good, the rooms are very clean, they help you instantly with all your needs, it is a hotel where you can go with peace of mind.
