We always stay at this place, it is very cozy and quiet. We recommend this hotel.

We’ve booked a room from Jan 31 to Feb 8th and when we arrived to the hotel last night, nobody was at the reception. We called many times but nobody answered. We were tired so we stayed the night next to the swimming pool with the insects around. We’ve been waiting since 2 am and it’s 7:43 am and nobody has shown at the reception. How should we trust the hotel for the rest of our stay?

We stayed here more the a week, and I must say it’s one of the best appartement we stayed in, we booked only for 2 days, but immediately extend our stay for 7 days more.
The rooms are spacious, clean, very kind and great French owners, always helpful and kind to us. The resounding is very quiet and nature like, but near the busy centre. WiFi is perfect you have your own router at your room. I highly recommend this hotel apartment strictly you want regret it.

I stayed with Franck at the Ratana hill and also rented the bike with them. The stay was great, no issues at all. Also, i was late to return the bike by 3 hours but Franck didn’t charge me anything extra. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel. So nice and quiet being a very short journey away from the loud parts of Patong. Huge rooms and very comfortable. Franck at reception is an awesome guy and was hugely generous to me - helping me out with loads of things during my stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was kind and always ready to help. My room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfy, and I slept well. The location is also great—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

My experience at Ratana Hill Patong was remarkable. The warm welcome and hospitality of the staff made my stay pleasant. The rooms, spacious and clean, offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect : close to Patong's main attractions, yet far enough to ensure peace and tranquility. The pool is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast, varied and delicious, as well as the restaurant, offer excellent cuisine. In short, Ratana Hill Patong exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will return without hesitation on my next trip to Thailand.

Very warm welcome and very attentive staff available and very professional The hotel is very pleasant with all amenities, the rooms are very spacious with kitchenette, the swimming pool is a real pleasure. Very good value for money I had an excellent holiday and best of all I had the opportunity to rent a scooter on site I highly recommend

Very quiet hotel, very available and competent staff, attentive, excellent value for money, clean, large, pleasant and spacious rooms, perfect air conditioning, suitable, quality bar restaurant. Possibility to rent motorbikes on site. Most pleasant swimming pool. Possibility of cooking in the rooms. I highly recommend if you want to be quiet and enjoy the city while being slightly away.
