Due to the pandemic, the condominium looks abandoned and ghastly. The front desk was so unfriendly. The only staff who are friendly is that chubby housekeeper and the security guard. The units are too cramped and water heater doesn't work. Btw, I love that black cat! 😍 Make sure to say to her! 👋

The staff is very nice but the place is really too noisy for someone who's living here, between screams at the swimming pool and room renovations taking until 3 months, impossible to rest or work from home.

Scam, scam, scam. Bad location,
Unfriendly staff. Poor location. Lots of Nice places in patong. Whatever You do. Stay away from this one!

The rooms are a little outdated but good for the price. The internet connection was TERRIBLE. Would not stay connected and was more frustrating than useful. The breakfast was decent. Staff are hard to communicate with but spoke a little English.

Stayed in Unit 2 for 15 days staff extreamly Rude and if you pay for an apartment you are not aloud to pay the food in there restaurant. They also tell your taxi driver you are not staying there and you miss appointments. ROOM stinks of mould and the toilet blocks constantly. I cleaned our apartment so my three kids did not get sick. Paid for items as mop and bucket broken, toilet unblocked by us. Accomodation was $3000Aud

Great location. So close to everything you need: beach, restaurants, shops. Pool is large, the gym well equipped. Our apartment was like new and we'll equipped.

Hmm it is well priced well located but remember you get what you pay for. No huge buffet breakfast but a lovely Local that will cook your eggs the way you like them

The best room and value for money. Staff very friendly.
In the room, there is small kitchen build in, living room area and balcony every room. The night is so quiet. No noisy from the street.
There is amazing pool. Walking to the Patong Beach just 20 minutes.
