We stayed here for 5 nights. Staff is very helpful and friendly and hotel is very close to patong Beach. They have a decent pool. Host is very helpful. We took an apartment with a gas stove kitchen, fridge , utensils and other amenities and we were cooking three meals a day. It was a memorable stay. Small climb uphill is required. Despite taking an apartment with kitchen, daily rates were same as leading hotel chains

Best costume services ever. Moe helped us with bags and looked after us with everything. Really recommended, I would leave 10 stars if I can🙏🏻

We have been in the SWP for 7 days while we were in Patong.
The Pool area is great for swimming and hanging out and the rooms are clean, with nice Interieur.
Mol, the owner is the sweetest person you can imagine.
She is very helpful and kind and her Lakritz-Vodka is awesome:)

The Swiss vilas panoramic have really nice owner, she is so nice, kind and always willing to help, really, really the best person.
The two bedroom vila is superb, nice beds, a lot of light, the owner provided nice service ( cleaning every day, fresh towels every day) we also took a breakfast which was delicious. They also have a nice pool where our kids enjoyed very much. It is true that there a stairs to arrive to the vilas but the owner provides a service ( you have to call her before arriving- from taxi) and they help you to carry all the suitcases and bags. Later the stairs are not a problem at all because it is a nice excersise to do every day.
The two bedroom vila is superb, nice beds, a lot of light, the owner provided nice service ( cleaning every day, fresh towels every day) we also took a breakfast which was delicious. It's a budget friendly hotel. The owner keeps track of everything by herself. The view from the villa is beautiful. However, you need to climb a lot of stairs to reach to the hotel.

Really nice place, owners/management helpful and any issues sorted out ASAP, including a plumbing issue on Christmas day! Clean and tidy, all staff helpful and smiley. Would stay here again if came back to Patong area

Beautiful place. Good maintenance and very clean. Tasty breakfast. Nice view and swimming pool. Mol is so helpful, I'm sure every guest feels warm welcome of her. She treats everyone with a heart. Swiss Villas Panoramic is highly recommended.

Patong: 1 star. This neighborhood sucks If you want peace and quiet. Traffic, conjestion, and chaos everywhere. Trashy atmosphere. We booked it on a whim without research. Since Agoda for some reason only showed places here at first glance we didn't try looking elsewhere. Kata or somewhere inland would have been way nicer.
This hotel: Even though in a noisy neighborhood, it couldn't have done better with what it had to work with. Mol is so sweet. And the rooms are quite nice. If it had been somewhere else, the trip would be perfect. The pool was also nice, but...
Public Service Announcement: If you bring a kid, be conscious of other people. Kids love to loudly chatter their f***ing brains out. What better time to teach them manners and consciousness about the fellow humans around them than when people are making an effort to travel to a different country and relax. Seriously, if you have a kid either go somewhere for just kids or teach them to quiet down.
