Nice hotel and swimming pool. Only. Thing I wasn't happy about was breakfast. Really not much choice. Even could do with bit more of buffet breakfast not choice menu. Staff are friendly. Sun beds for the swimming pool need new ones

I must say that the staff at this hotel take care of the customers and are all lovely. The hotel has welcome drinks and goodbye drinks. There is a swimming pool where you can play in the water all day. The atmosphere around the hotel is shady. Suitable for relaxing throughout the week. The food is very delicious. The rooms are clean, quiet, without any noise from the corridors and surroundings.

My tongue and my heart cannot thank the beautiful respected lady with her beautiful smile, Mrs. Jill. I will never forget her for the rest of my life for her honorable attitude. My wife and I returned to this hotel because of Mrs. Jill. I recommend this wonderful and elegant hotel in customer service. Finally, I say a big thank you to Mrs. Jill for her very elegant style and her wonderful smile.

Incredible value, rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were plentiful. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Quiet location at walking distance from the busier Pattaya spots. Would book there again for sure.

Not the flashiest hotel seen from the car park, which was of a good size, but functional and with an acceptable room size. Simple but functional furniture, a soft bed, and a small balcony for some fresh air as desired. Drinks were served with a biscuit both at check-in and check-out by friendly staff, and the atmosphere was felt to be very good. The hotel is not right in the center of the city, but within reasonable walking distance to most things, a walk that can do good after a long day in a car or on a motorbike. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of time to eat without any stress, so all in all this was a pleasant experience.

1 star deducted due to their failure of the breakfast serving system. Due to Covid situation, guests were asked to only pick one out of three menu sets. The hotel definitely need better system - when waiting for the breakfast, we were asked 3 times what our room number was. But overall experience was nice. Staff had great attitudes. Bathroom was great.

While I'd love to give more stars, but there are a few things needed to be improve. Good thing is the hotel's room is beautiful and stylish. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. But issues are cleanness, water system, and food (in their restaurant) should be improved. I found dust under bed, esp around bed's head, is quite thick, so cleaning hasn't been done thoroughly. For water, it doesn't work. It can just warm water a bit. And for foods, my Krapraw is too much salted.

Absolutely fantastic! The best value in Pattaya. We’ve been at other similarly priced hotels and this one blows the rest out of the water. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean, pleasant, and completely satisfying. Complimentary tea and coffee is superb. Felt like a four star hotel.

Must Try and Super Recommended is "Breakfast" . You will find a whole new experience of traditional food such as soft and juicy grill pork on bamboo stick with fresh steam stick rice in banana leaf or Original taste of Green curry with rice or fried rice and many more traditional breakfast that you never gonna find in any Hotel.
There will be more than you expect when you arrive. A Must Try.
