D Hotel Pattaya

The aircon was terribly dirty in my room. And a receptionist did continue to say that they had a technician cleaning/washed all aircons in every room every three months. And she refused to cover what it costed me to have my aircon washed properly with detergent. According to the technician the hotel never pay for washing with detergent - pays only for water wash. And he said that the aircon in my room was exceptionally filthy. He said it hade not been cleaned for 6 - 7 months. I think he said 6 - 7 months because he did not want to make his client look bad. My experience says me that the aircon hade not been cleaned for years. (I think that the receptionist believe that cleaning of external filters - that maids can do - is enough to fool the guests). I always have the aircon washed wherelse I stay here in Pattaya, but only in D-Apartment they constantly lie about how they maintain their aircons. This is the third year in a row, I have to call for the technician to wash my aircon at this hotel.
