Chezzotel

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Everyone is very helpful! The rooms were very clean, the bathroom shower was large with a rain fall shower head (some mold in the shower, but very minimal), beds were softer than most and super comfortable. We also got 4 pillows on our bed, which was pure luxury when most hotels only give you 2. They have a nice mini bar (noodles soup, tea, coffee, chips, nuts) that is restocked each day along with bottled water. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, and the view is lovely! Their is Foodland right beside the hotel with a bakery and restaurant, both had an excellent selection, with decent prices. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the Big C Extra Mall is nearby with a good food court, shopping, and groceries. Grab ride is about $100 baht to the beach.

The Chezzotel is in a great location, 7 minutes walk to Big C and 2 minutes walk to Foodland.

The rooms are clean, the aircon works very well, the beds are comfortable with good quality linen supplied, the bathroom is nice and has a good size shower.

The room I resided in had a dish washing up sink a microwave and a minibar fridge. When requested Housekeeping provided a couple of plates to use.

The pool is located on level 8 on the rooftop, it is a good size with crystal clear water and very nice scenic views of Pattaya.

The morning Buffet breakfast is located on level 2, it was a bit limited but what was on offer was very nice.

There is a couple of problems I found and they are worth mentioning as per below:

The room I started off in room 603 had an audible noise from the lift motor so I requested a different room and was room moved to 605. Room 605 has an interconnecting door with the adjacent room and I could clearly here there television, the problem was resolved only when the next door guests lowered the volume on there TV.

The staff I met were very polite and hospitable and made you feel welcomed. I will probably stay again sometime in the future but I will be careful with the room I get.

Good location, just behind Foodland (24 hours open). Good room design, thanks for free snack bar, very generous.

Absolutely loved it here. Just felt comfortable and extended my stay. Excellent bed and bathroom. Parking always available. Friendly staff. Stunning rooftop pool. Looking forward to returning.

Great hotel

Small hotel . New and clean room. (August 2019). Location at city center of central pattaya. Beautiful blue swimming pool. Great breakfast.

Clean,price is reasonable,location quite and comfortable ,staff so friendly ...I will came back again
