Bait and switch - Don’t book here

Photos and location convinced me this was a reasonable place.
My expectations were low and even then they failed to hit the mark.

Rooms are not in the main building, no elevator, 50yr old fit out and strangely unhelpful staff.

This hotel is not afraid to commit fraud.
Although the hotel website listed the main building, friends who booked it were taken to a cheap annexe.
The cheap annexe is cheap and is sold on the hotel website.
In other words, the recent scam by the director in charge of reservations is that they post pictures of the higher-priced main building to get customers to book, but then get them to stay in the cheaper annexe.
In the past, this hotel became famous for its fraudulent activities and was remorseful for a while, but recently it has started to commit fraud again.
Beware.
The hotel's recent general manager in charge of reservations is malicious.

It is a scam. They say it's a 4 star hotel and put you in an apartment on the side. Not worth the money compared to similar priced hotels.

Stayed in a studio with balcony.

Good:
• Bathtub in bathroom.
• Decent room size.
• Large fridge, microwave and cooking facility.
• Located in central Pattaya and next to LK Metro.

Bad:
• Apparently built in 2006, doesn't seem like it's had any kind of refurb in the last 18 years judging by the wear and tear on the furniture and discolouration.
• Old-style decor that may appeal to octogenarians, don't think it appeals to the younger crowd including myself.

Personally, I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless I was desperate.

My friend was staying in this hotel. Perfect location, right in the center of Pattaya. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small swimming pool.

A great but older hotel in the middle of Soi LK Metro.
Small pool. No food on premises, but 7-11 is 50ft out front.
I've stayed here numerous times.
The proximity to everything & the fact that it is always quiet are the reasons I will always love it!

When arriving to the hotel by car didn't find any parking space. One guy standing in a private phone call, so thought is was a customer. Anyway it was the hotel guy. He told there is parking in the garage, and only one place that was blocked, so moved the gate and parked there. After they asked to move the car... But no parking.. The guy don't care about customer and should be fired..
