Lub Sbuy House was the worst place I stayed at during my trip. We found small cockroaches in the room, even on the bed, which was extremely disappointing. They also take a deposit for the room, and during checkout they try to charge additional cleaning fees for even the smallest marks on the towels. Some of the stains were indeed from us, but they absolutely did not justify the amount they were demanding. What made the experience even more frustrating is that they showed photos and items that didn't belong to us just to increase the charges. The actual cost of laundry is no more than 150 THB, yet they initially asked for 2000 THB and then tried to take an extra 900 THB. I ended up calling the tourist police, and only after that did they return 1000 THB.
In short, if you decide to stay there, make sure to take clear photos of the furniture, bed, and everything in the room before checking out. It can save you from unnecessary trouble and unfair charges.

The hotel’s location is quite good—very convenient for getting around to places within Phuket town. The warm and friendly service from the staff also made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for the peaceful days and restful nights we enjoyed there.

Nice little basic hotel, very good value. Large aircon rooms with balcony. No facilities such as restaurant or swimming pool, but that's forvigen for the price. Staff are friendly and there are drinks and snacks available at the reception.

Careful you don't go to the wrong branch!! They're bot too far from each other (but the address name [in though it was in Thai] confused the driver).
