AVOID THIS PLACE – UNLESS YOU’RE INTO VACATIONING AS A SOCIAL EXPERIMENT.
The staff is kind, and genuinely empathetic. Honestly, they deserve a better hotel to work at. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is a disaster.
The food? Same menu, every single day, and the quality is so low...
The free Wi-Fi? Oh, that’s just there for decoration. It doesn’t work at all. If you actually want to connect to the internet, you’ll need to pay a few euros a day. Welcome to 1997.
In the evenings, they try to spice things up with something they call a disco. But imagine this: sad music played straight off YouTube, with the occasional ad popping up mid-song. Nothing sets the party mood like a sudden YouTube commercial about car insurance.
Language-wise, most of the staff speak only Turkish and understand some Russian. If you’re looking to chat in English, you might as well be talking to the furniture.
Special mention to Can – pronounced like John or Gian. He’s the hotel’s unofficial Turkish bath salesman, popping up daily with the enthusiasm of a door-to-door vacuum cleaner guy. If you don’t book a session, he’ll take it personally and might even stop saying hi to you, as he did with us halfway through the trip. It’s like we broke up.
Oh, and the best part: overbooking. The owner seems to treat this hotel like a puzzle where the pieces don’t fit. We arrived in the evening, exhausted, just wanting a shower and some sleep. Instead, we waited four hours only to find out there were no rooms left. Surprise! We were shipped off to another hotel for the night with no explanation – no idea if we had to pay for it, or if we had accidentally joined a travel-themed escape room.
The next day, they brought us back to Bin Billa, where our grand reward was… a room with a broken fridge. Took them two days to replace it, during which we had the unique experience of drinking room-temperature water at 37°C.
Again, to be clear: the staff is great, truly kind people trying their best in a bad situation. But unless you’re planning to prank someone, or you’ve always wondered what it’s like to survive a chaotic sitcom vacation, I’d say: run.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!!
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one was by far the absolute worst. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the stench of mildew and stale air hit me like a punch in the face. The front desk staff? Rude and completely unhelpful. They barely acknowledged me and acted like I was interrupting their day.
When we got there, the so called “manager” of the hotel forced us to go to some kind of masages, that he rans. He wouldn’t let us go to room, even if we were tired, after a whole day of travelling. And the kid that works there wanted to steal from us and were forcing us to give him money. They all looked at us with strange looks.
The room was a disaster. The balcony so small, it cant fit one person. The shower had black mold, …..Sometimes there was no hot water either – just freezing cold.
On the second day, the ants came and there were everywhere. Crawling across the floor and under the bed.
Next, food
I’ve never been so disgusted by hotel food in my life. The food was unbelievably oily, to the point where it felt like everything had been drenched in grease.
I gave it a shot but couldnt eat anything.
And the pool-kinda gross , u could only go in certain time and the water was so cold.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even my worst enemy. This “hotel” is nothing more than a cheap, filthy, gross thing and it shouldn’t be open for business. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
Avoid at all costs!

STAY AWAY. DON’T BOOK. The rooms are not clean, the bathroom is not clean, they won’t turn on the hot water. There is almost no one at the counter. The service is terrible, they don’t care about you. If you want your vacation to be ruined, book your stay at this hotel. They advertise that they serve breakfast, but they do not. Do not get fooled by the pictures. In my opinion this is not a 3 star hotel, it’s a 1 star hotel. Spend a couple more dollars and book yourself a better hotel than bin bella hotel.

The hotel is H O R R I B L E! We were staying im it for 7 days and the only thing we have to say is to run as far as you can from it. There is no warm water any time of the day, it has warm water only in the middle of the day around 12-7 pm otherwise there is just cold one. There were no clean towels unless you ask for them. We did ask the receptionist who btw does not speak any languages except russian for towels change because it was day 4 and she said tomorrow at day 3 but the day tomorrow was the 5th day not the third one. They do not give you extra toilet paper even if you ask them. I don’t even want to talk about the disgusting food we had every day. There is no meat so it is good just for vegans if they want to eat pickled food, cowerflower, peperoncini. For main course they had stale pasta every single day that they preheat and display it. The bread was as hard as rock and if you want to eat anything good there is nothing at all. Alanya as city is beautiful itself so we just enjoyed when we were in the city and not in our rooms. The beach is with rocks it’s not with sand as it it displayed on the pictures and there are a few sunbeds on it that belonged to the hotel so they were always full. If you want coca cola/pepsi amd drinks like that you have to pay for it, you just have turkish cola from big bottle that is poured in glasses. There are no bottles of water they give you, instead that they have a water fountain you can pour water by urself in bottles that you already have because thera aren’t any there. The reception chairs smells like cats pee because there are cats everywhere around here. There is no wifi, you’ll have if you pay for it of course. I would advise all of you not to book in this hotel even if it is the cheapest option you have, it is not worth it. Take it from someone who was looking for the cheapest option and ended up paying a lot more.

Let's start from the beginning. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted at the reception by a beautiful Ukrainian woman who was very kind. She got up from the reception, took us to the restaurant and showed us where everything was. The room was beautiful, big and most importantly clean. As for the food, it was delicious. A lot of food is what we usually eat (of course there are also their Turkish dishes). The staff is wonderful! They always say hello and smile. The beach is 4-5 minutes from the hotel. You can go to the center with buses 1 and 101. All in all, a wonderful experience and friendly people.

It wasn't nice. The hotel wasn't clean (the bedsheets were not changed at all during 7 days period, they changed the towels only once, and when we asked again, they said that if we are leaving soon they won't change them; the bedsheets and the towels had stains and dirt on them even when freshly changed), the personnel from the reception on the day shift was kind of rude. We had a situation, a personal towel was taken from our room and we did not receive it back, we tried to talk to the personnel but we received an "i cannot understand you" and this was all. The food was poor in protein . There were the same 4 main dishes for all of our stay there(7 nights) and only in one night we found some chicken and some sort of meat in a tin, roasted with some veggies (was afraid to try it because the serving area wasn't clean). The only good thing with the hotel was that it was some sort of close to the beach, 5-7 mins of walking and the beach is clean and well mentained. Be aware that :
• you will need to pay for wifi if you want to have acces in the room
• you will not have included the drinks or anything else on th beach (sunbathe only, so just sunbeds)
• the food is poor quality, and the drinks are mock-ups of Cola, Fanta and Sprite, and kept behind the counter, coffee is made from instant powder..etc

We have booked 2 rooms for 4 people and Natalia at the reception informed us upon arrival that there is electricity problem in our room and were given 1 room for one day only as they said. Next day they tell us that we will remain in 1 one room till the end or our stay because they do not have free rooms. After escalation to tourist agency, Natalia suddenly has found one additional room.
We did not get any refund for the room that we did not get. So, the hotel owner and staff are scummers, please avoid booking this hotel at all costs.

We paid for 2 rooms for 7 nights. 3 of the nights they gave us a single room and stuffed all of us in there. Before we went back home there was another similar case with another family. Seems to be a recurring theme around. For making up to the couple hundred euros lost on the cameras they got us a fruit plate with couple of grapes on it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Itt was an amazing adventure! First day we arrived at 7:45pm and had to have dinner in a rush until 8pm. The toilet door was broken and the toilet seat, as well. There was no hot water because that day the sun did not show up... (Solar panel). The food offer was not very rich (all inclusive). Blankets were too thin. All in all we had so much fun and the team was quite helpful. ❤️❤️❤️ Melinda from Hungary

We were most satisfied here! Both with the service and with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We had a nice and clean room with a view of the surroundings, perfectly cleaned every day! We had All inclusive here and I can say it was worth it! The food was interesting and tasty. Several variants of non-alcoholic drinks, cold and warm + unlimited consumption of beer, which was also excellent by the way!
The only downside is that it takes 2 hours to get to the hotel :(
The journey to the sea takes 3 minutes, so great for me! We want to thank the helpful service! Our English was not good but they were very helpful to understand each other, they met all our requests always with a smile! And they answered all our questions :) Thanks mockrat and see you again next year! Greetings from the Czech Republic ❤️
