The lobby of the hotel looks ordinary, obviously the renovation is fresher than in the rooms. Cleaned badly, more precisely, not cleaned at all. It is customary for maids to enter the room, fold the already used foot towel, place it neatly on the toilet lid and leave without doing anything else. Plumbing is old and poorly cleaned. A huge puddle always flows out of the shower onto the floor in the bathroom. The stains were not even wiped off under the toilet lid. There are a lot of incomprehensible stains on the worn-out furniture, there are also enough on the floor. At the same time, it is not difficult to wipe them off, I checked. Even the hair in the shower drain from previous vacationers was left as a legacy. The bed linen is also stained. Very unpleasant. There are no complaints about everything else - it pulls for 3 *, but the cleaning is just awful .....

For the first time I rested in 3 *, the last time I was in Alva Donna, of course, taking into account 3 *, I did not expect the same level, but still in the first 2 days I was a little dumbfounded and even upset. First of all, food - in the first 2 days, the food, to put it mildly, was not edible, not appetizing and not tasty! I don't know how the previous review said - what kind of fish, beef??????? It was mostly chicken, chicken and chicken, once on Friday, beef from a skewer, for doner. In the morning for breakfast - boiled or fried eggs, no mayonnaise, for example, I can’t imagine how you can eat boiled and fried in a cool to a gray yolk without sauce, mayonnaise, oil ?? Tomatoes baked with cheese - but you will find them in the first half hour of breakfast, rice porridge seems to be in milk, but without sugar, salt, then there is a table with cheeses - one type of very salty cheese is cut into several baking sheets in different shapes, also delicious 1 type of cheese , watermelons, apples every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, every other day-2 - oranges, honeycombs in a small waffle cup, 4 types of jam, coffee, tea. For lunch and dinner, the first days there was just not edible stewed grayish chicken, delicious rice as a side dish, pasta, spaghetti, then a rack with strange salads - pasta in some sour sauces like yogurt, cucumbers and tomatoes in different variations, greens, leaves salad - and all this is not tasty and not appetizing. For dessert, different shapes - a rhombus, a circle, a square)))) but one kind of pie, just cut into different shapes, like piemen, and all this is filled with some kind of sugar burda, syrup!? Why???! Have you tried these cookies yourself? Vacationers did not like them, otherwise they would have been taken apart! After 2 days, there were small changes - they began to bake chicken, fry fries, once there was beef, never fish. I didn’t drink Jupi from the machine, the tea was always sour, I drank coffee from the machine in the morning, mostly water and several times cola. The staff worked quickly, quickly, quickly, collect dishes, wipe tables. For maintenance - the air conditioner did not work, the equipment was sent immediately, but later it worked intermittently, that is, on and you have to wait 10-15 minutes until it turns on, then an icy stream that was not regulated by temperature blows on you, because the location is right in front bed, which can be hypothermia of the body. The technical staff is cleaned daily, soap, shampoo, paper, towels and bedding are constantly issued without any problems - clean, in excellent white condition. Wi-Fi did not work in the room and the problem was not solved after repeated requests, buying a SIM card for 7 days for $ 25 is simply not reasonable, I used it at the reception, the dining room worked without interruption. The location of the beach is not far from the hotel for me, a calm pace - min 7-10, on the beach there are own sunbeds and umbrellas, towels for a fee, the entry is convenient from the neighboring white in white beach of the hotel, there are fewer stones, waves ... well, what can I say the sea is the sea, you can’t spoil it in any way, I don’t consider it a problem))) There is no animation, not from the word at all - it was 3 times in 7 days, min 30 pro

Its an average hotel,the food is inedible in my opinion. The afternoon snack is the left overs from breakfast but,they show pics off burger and chips which in the week we were there we never seen a chip. Its extremely greasy and the stray cats wouldnt eat the meat that they were serving us. I overheard an english group saying the food in jail was better. They dont hav any diet drinks which is ridiculous in this day. The all inclusive is a stand clear off unless you have a steel stomach and im not fussy tbh. If u wanna rest ur head and go out all day and night its fine for that but dont expect much otherwise. I got this as a cheap deal on teletext holidays bt i will not be back to this hotel
