Parador Beach Hotel

The moment when we arrived, after a long flight and a long drive from the airport, the first thing they tell us is: There’s a problem, the hotel is overbooked. That meant we had to go to another hotel, that they were saying is 5 star, much better and stuff like this. We got told by the reseption that when we Get back, they would bring treats and gifts for us.
When we got to monte carlo, we got a room at their second hotel, not the main!!!!!!, with the worst view, all we could see was trees. We needed to stay here for 2 nights, with a longer distance to beach, city and everything.
We got told we was going to Get pick up to parador 09.15 in the morning after two nights. We were waiting and checking at the main hotel, but no car neither of the hotels. The reseption called and asked for it, and got told it was cancelled, but they didnt know why. We got a taxi after waiting 30 minutes, that the hotel payed for (as they should)
When we finally got to parador, they just gave us the room keys, no apolagy or anything.
Apparently they gave us a «suite», Even tho it looks just like the other rooms, just with a bigger balcony. The gift and treats they were talking about us getting, was never recieved.
Instead of giving us a «suite» (that dont looks like a suite) that we didnt Ask for, they should have asked us what we wanted in return for losing 2 days at another hotel.
Only people who spoke to us at the hotel was the Nice cleaning/cooking staff. The reseption didnt care to say hi or ask How our stay was.

There is some rules in hotel need to be changed to be a 3 star hotel. The internet is not free. You have to buy an extra cards for 10 euro each and if you lose it they make you pay for it.
Beds/pillows are not comfortable. The A/C is not working in the lobby and the hotel Hallway
Food is okay.
The staff are super nice this is the only good thing about the hotel.

First of all 5star for cleaners,Faruk from reception,and the waitress, kitchen staff and bar attended.
The pool very small and sunbeds weren't enough.
The hotel guests paid in advance the staff to put them towels on the sunbeds early in the morning.
Tips everytime and everywhere.
Food very taste but the drinks very limited.So isn't all inclusive.
The private area from the beach is not free and you need to pay for everything, sunbeds and drinks.
There is a guy with massage offer , don't do it .You can find next doors cheaper,and good quality massage.
I found it a not good massage,and they ask the guests to say to another new guests that the massage was very good .
The massage is a rubbish.
The hairdresser the same.
Be careful with the prices.
Like the massage guy , everybody offer overprices offer,and bad service.
I made a complaint because I found it not all inclusive hotel.
