Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for one week. The service was fantastic, as was the choice of drinks and food available. We are just finishing our holiday in Titanic Mardan Palace which has been amazing! We have spent 10 days here with our two girls who have loved all the activities! The kids club is great and the staff are brilliant with the kids…there is plenty for them to see and do, face painting, arts and crafts, pottery, games and the mini disco at night followed by a little show. I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. I stayed in room 1335 and the room service has been excellent providing plenty of towels toiletries and kept the room very clean. The beds were done everyday by Suheyla and she is always smiling. The hotel food has also ticked all the boxes and the staff are very helpful and speak good English. I will definitely recommend staying at Aska Lara Resort&Spa.

This is a true 5 star experience. Beware the others claiming to be 5 star for €30/40. This hotel oozes class,the staff are as good as anywhere on earth. The all inclusive experience is worth every cent and the food is of the highest quality, not to mention the additional 2 on site restaurants. Again, I must stress, the staff are a shining example of customer service at the highest level.

Went there a few years ago, it was one of the best hotels I've been to. Clean, they have a really good service and they have a brilliant location at the sea. The only downside for me back then was that they didn't have a beach. I hope they are still at the same level.

Our rooms met our expectations. Pool and staff poor I’m sorry to say miserable and lazy not all but most . Never in my experience of turkey have I ever experienced such a dirty poor beach, near a cesspit pit so much rubbish and totally unkempt the whole bus got off and back on again . Really pretty hotel in the heart of Antalya old town, once you get in you can see its a bit dated and in need of a refurb. Apart from that, the bed was comfy, it was quiet and the staff are really attentive. Don't expect to lounge by the pool, there's only 10 loungers and are taken by 7-8 am. Such a charming hotel, right in the middle of town with so many lovely bars and restaurants to visit around it. The pool is just gorgeous, and enjoyed with a breakfast buffet to start the day. Stayed for two nights, our room was really clean, comfortable and spacious. A great hotel if you’re looking for a home feeling hotel. Staff are definitely helpful and make you feel like home. Bad ac making noises, small rooms, the bathroom was separate from the room. make sure do not drive there it was a nightmare driving in the zogag, park somewhere then go walking.

Amazing hotel! Really lovely hosts. Room was adorable, really cozy and modern. Stuff always were ready to help. Placed in the heart of old town! There are a lot of people, music and interesting guests. At night it might be noisy but it didn't disturb me. Highly recommend this hotel!
