We are currently staying at the hotel and it is rhe worse hotel I have stayed at in Turkey. The room is shabby and we are in a family room which is over the delivery area so very noisy and we are unable to sit out. The food restaurant service is shocking and the highchairs I have to clean myself before putting my grandson in. We have to ask for drinks as we get ignored and the food is the same virtually every night and is nor great. I have never been asked by a cleaning waving a purse in my face asking for money when I come out of my room which I feel is not great. The pool areas are very slippy people including my grandchildren have slipped many times. The life guards round the slide don't even loom they are talking and on phones not good. The beach boardwalk is not level and you can trip.easily like my 2 year old did. There is some food points the staff in the food court near pool are very friendly but again have to clean the high chairs. Most of the staff on the bar are great except the beach bar they are so rude. The kids club staff are amazing. The ice cream parlour is great also. I wish I could say I would return here as i have been to many Turkish hotels in Belwk and in Lara beach and they were all amazing. So disappointed especially for the price it cost to come to this one

Had an amazing holiday. This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Would definitely come back, and would recommend that others who are visiting turkey come here too. Water park in the hotel was amazing, and the Turkish bath was the highlight for us.

We enjoy our vocation in crystal Family hotel. Animation team and mini-Club was amazing with its kind friendly and lovely staf. We could let our child there with good safe feeling. Thank you guys ;)

I liked the hotel, the rooms are very decent, clean. My room has a sea view 👍🏼 the food is delicious and periodically varied. The children's animation could be better entertainment could be better

First a confession; I didn't, and wouldn't have, booked this type of holiday. However, my friend did and I'm glad because it's pretty darn good. The location is remote and so you are practically forced to spend the whole time here but that's not only extraordinarily cheap but fun too. My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. Not much not to like. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class. The pools, definitely cool at this time of year, are both massive and spotlessly clean and there's direct access to the beach and a huge waterslide park. I would have loved this type of thing to have existed when my kids were nippers as all the children here are having a great time. Staff are good and I could go on but I think enough said.

Very Big Resort, lots of different activities, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is pretty good, ice cream is amazing. Nice gym, sauna, steam room and the two swimming pools are massive with some of the most fun water slides. Thanks to Caner!! We will be back. The water park is gorgeous. The view from the window in the evening is mesmerizing.

I'm going to provide a review from an average Brit..
This is a great hotel for families. You can still get sun beds at 8am. Beer is plentiful from a number of bars. Chips are served at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. I've not met any guests here who were unfriendly, and all the staff are really great, whether they be waiters , bar staff or entertainers.
I've let them know that the late evening music can be a bit repetitive, but at least they offer some decent party music from 10pm onwards, with various themes to make everything more interesting.
The kids pool is separate from the main, with decent facilities for younger ones.
There is also plenty of food for under 10s who just want to eat plates of 'beige'.
The gym here is a little small, but there is tons of meat you can eat in the buffet after, for that post workout meal. The salad offering here is incredible. So much fresh veg. Us Brits need to eat more like this!

It's been a great holiday all in all, and I'm pleased that I chose this hotel.

Arrived with my partner!

Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious,

I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so wont go bored plenty to choose from & very nice markets close by? The wifi was only down issue in our room but overall amazing hotel will be back!

An extremely comfortable hotel. My husband and I stayed in the boutique side and we were very satisfied. 20 meters from the beach, the rooms are wide and bright, clean. The beds are wide and comfortable. They have air conditioning, a minibar,
which is constantly replenished. The food is very tasty and fresh. Very convenient for families with small children. The boutique part is quiet, calm, convenient for the elderly. I highly recommend you to visit it. We will come again.

I came here with my family.Its been one week. Everything is perfect. Animation team is great. Three arę different activities for kids and adults. Food is delicious. Your kids spend their time in mini club. Mini club personals are kind. We are happy to be herę.
