Reviews
The food, particularly breakfast and lunch, was quite similar each day, but there were plenty of options, both traditional and international, so it was hard not to find something to eat. Dinner was different each night, with themed evenings such as Mexican, Turkish, Fish, International and Asian nights.
We really enjoyed the shows, which were well-prepared and presented by talented performers, making them especially enjoyable for the kids.
The pools are fantastic, especially the large one with warm water, which we really loved. The beach is also very nice, with palm trees and close to the hotel, but the entrance to the sea is pebbly, and the water is not crystal blue.
Overall, we had a great time at the hotel. The kids loved the pools and water slides, so I would definitely recommend it to families with children.
1. First time to see no water in main restaurant. It is supposed water will be served at the tables, but can a few waiters serves hundred or thousands of guests? Of course not. Water must be available same as in the other locations. Begging for a glass of cold water is not good.
2. I saw that most of tourists are from Russia but why main language to be Russian and not English, whoever is not from Russia will feel like in a place that don't belong. At least i never felt myself in an international resort, i felt like was to some place which belong to Russians. I have nothing against them and had great time playing together but yet, i don't think avoiding English is a good thing.
3. Guest Relation staff came to ask us to leave a review but never got concerned to ask if there is anything we do not like, they only cared for the review. In addition, they were not able to speak English, they preferred Russian, once we spoke English, just left by saying thank you thank you.
4. I think a platform in the sea is a must, as almost in every other hotel it is really good for some more enjoyment in the water.
But overall resort is nice and clean, lot of activities and facilities.

It would be nice if they will fix the price for early check in , because they said it’s different form day to day , and also cleaning in my opinion should be often and in the morning not after noon when we are mostly resting in the room .
The food at the resort is delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. Whether you're in the mood for local Turkish delicacies or international cuisine, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. The dining experience is enhanced by the beautiful surroundings and attentive service.
In addition to the pool and dining, the resort offers numerous other amenities and activities. From the spa and fitness center to the kids' club and entertainment programs, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
The main restaurant offered an adequate selection of food, though it could use some improvement. In contrast, the à la carte restaurant was outstanding, serving delicious meals that impressed us every time. Overall, the combination of great weather, excellent amenities, and exceptional dining options made for a memorable and enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended for families!
