Nice discreet room service and the restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday with children. The complex consisting of three hotels Gloria Golf Resort, Gloria Verde Resort and Gloria Serenity Resort, connects along Gaulle-field path length of 2.7 km, which for convenience, Shuttle runs (1 hour – free). Guests staying at the Al system and Elegance have a Handicap (women 40, men 36), the game of Golf free of charge – by prior reservation. Vehicles buggy while playing Golf for an additional fee.

Location: 40 km from airport, 50 km from Antalya, 7 km from the town of Belek, on the seashore.
Consists of a 4 storey main building, 2 - story buildings with Garden, one 3 - storey cottage (Gloria Family Suite), 2 storey buildings (villas) single-storey buildings (Executive Villa, Owner Villa).
Total area: 120 000 m2.
The hotel has 515 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 500 m.

HIPP food is ordered through the call center of the hotel and tourists that are in stock at their choice.
There is also a separate caterer for kids by filling out the form service "guest relations" of the hotel. Ordering is done for the day, after receiving the numbers of tourists.

For example , my room is in the villa, the villa is located in the middle of area between serenity and golf hotels. On Thursday, 25th of July, there was some event outside and very loud music, which has been stopped just 15-20 minutes before midnight. It was Impossible to sleep and have a rest before it. It was too noisy in the room because of that music outside. Why they have not finished the music at 11 pm ?
Regarding the hotel overall, I rank it 4+ of 5. Room 5, foods 4, service 5
First, the nourishment was delightful, with the wide variety of snack bars and restaurants, everybody could find something that suits them the best. The main restaurant was very good. The myriad of fish and meat there was pleasing, too. Fortunately, no one had eaten some rotten food or got some infection, thus we were all left fulfilled and healthy. All the drinks were there on top, as well. Cocktails and ordinary drinks were really good. The plenty of bottled beer and sodas were obviously dope. Another awesome thing about this hotel were its activities. The miniclub was gripping for my 2 year old baby and for a 13 years old teen that could play basketball or some ps5 games, here and there. Additionally, the aquapark was fascinating, the tremendous amount of water slides was engaging. Having a ton of guardians, it is safe to say that your child will be in the right hands in the kidsclub. The day to day activities were cool too, such as darts, volleyball, basketball, soccer and more. Furthermore, the water activities were versatile, like water boxing and some sort of jumping. The night shows in Amphiteatre and Gloria Arena were gripping to watch.
The service was on top, too. All the waiters and waitresses were rapid at serving you several drinks or chips. Additionally all the bellboys were helpful and willing to give you a lift to your hotel number. Ordering something to your room number would take 5 minutes tops. Last but not least, the room number was gorgeous, our family suite was huge, with a vast balcony, it is axiomatic that it was a delight to spend time in your room. Cleaners were doing their job perfectly and the showering things were always in stock.
The pools were clean and the water was heated, it is very important, when you have a toddler.
To make a long story short, our visit was a delight. However, there are some things they could improve. The patisserie did not reach my expectations, it was working until 5 pm and the little deserts were not tasty, as well. When paying so much money I was waiting for a delightful mix of nuts. Although, there were only the cheapest nuts possible, without cashews, little fistic and almonds, which is unadmitable.
I hope they will correct the tiny issues. Nevertheless, we spent an awesome time with my family.
It is the only one of our 11 visited hotels in Antalya, which we want to visit again.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the impeccably dressed and attentive staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. However, our overall experience was marred by encounters with certain staff members, save for two exceptions—the Romanian hotel receptionist and the Turkish bartender by the family room pool. Regrettably, we found some waitstaff overly insistent on receiving tips, even though an all-inclusive package typically implies no need for cash. One particular waiter seemed visibly displeased when we didn't tip him at dinner and avoided eye contact the next day.
Personally, I encountered a significant issue during our stay—two days before check-out, my iPods disappeared from our room. I promptly reported this, explaining that I had never taken them outside the room and always kept them on the nightstand. After discussions with security and housekeeping staff, the hotel couldn't locate my iPods by the time we departed. However, two weeks after returning home, I was informed that my iPods had been found with the company responsible for laundering the bed sheets. What baffled me was their expectation for me to arrange transportation from the hotel to my home, which I declined as the loss was not my fault. Eventually, they arranged for the iPods to be shipped through the vacation agency, but unfortunately, they arrived in a broken condition.
It's evident that the hotel's management could do more to empower their staff to enhance the customer experience. There appears to be both excessive waste in the restaurants and pool bars and noticeable cost-cutting measures in situations like the one I experienced.
