The worst place to stay my family and I ever stayed in. Don’t believe the pictures. It was booked by my travel agency. Unfortunately I trusted the wrong company and tried to change my rooms three times. all rooms are a nightmare, dirty, smells, service is awful. Save your vacation and book another hotel

This hotel is a spam. Booked via airlines holiday package and they provided a dirty room. They cheat customers with different images posted in booking websites. I had to cancel the room after 2 hours of check in.

Unfortunately the hotel is used by world travel adventures, otherwise I would never have chosen it. Very small room, everything very shabby, sink that leaked water, dirty carpet, breakfast with very little variety, only one elevator for 8 floors. The only positive thing was the clean sheets and the working wifi. Location in the city good but I don't recommend it

Horrible, the internet is terrible, the bathroom is terrible, the TV doesn’t show anything, leftovers from previous days for breakfast! I absolutely do not recommend it! The staff is indifferent to people, there is no point in contacting them, one door key for the whole family!

Good location next to the metro station that accessed all the places of interest, and also close to mini markets and cheaper places to eat but away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. However, our room was dirty, there were stains and hair on our towels and pillowcases - at least the personnel agreed to replace them immediately. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is dirty, they give you dirty sheets, they don't clean the room during your stay, not even when asked. It's not true that the rooms are soundproof, it's difficult to sleep. Very little sweet breakfast. The only pro is the location. They brought us here because of a local correspondent from the World Adventures Travel Agency (I advise you to avoid this one too) who profited us by making us spend €68 for one night... Never again

Most terrible hotel in Istanbul. It is urgently needs a repair. Seems ovner of this hotel is a greedy person, regrets money for renovation. Room 101 was very dirty and everything was broken.

Very convenient in terms of location because in the central area. However, I would improve the cleaning of the bathrooms because in some rooms they are also outdated, in fact even the drain made the water leak from the toilet and it is a pity because a little more attention is needed even then to small details such as the presence of the shower mat that first evening we did not find. it's in a really good location and otherwise it's not bad.

From the images I found online they promote a high quality service and view, but the room was very small. There was an window but the view was terrible, it was directly to the open space of the building from the inside. In addition to that there was no air to breath. There was plenty of food but not good quality. The coffee ☕ was not good quality either. The wifi was very slow 🐌. The location and the price were just fine but the rest as described. I do not recommend this place, you can find other hotels in the area to rest, Grand Emin isn't worthy.
