Miramare Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were good, my experience was marred by a few significant issues. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms, a great pool, and modern amenities. However, the management left much to be desired.

Unfortunately, my mom and me experienced food poisoning after dining at the hotel's restaurant. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude, which only added to my frustration.

Thankfully, the guest relations team stepped in and handled the situation much more professionally. They were empathetic, prompt in addressing my concerns, and ensured that my stay ended on a more positive note. I sincerely appreciate their efforts, but the lack of support from the management was disappointing.

In summary, while the hotel has great facilities, the management's attitude needs serious improvement. If it weren't for the helpful guest relations team, my stay would have been much worse.

This hotel is so good, every other mean review that you may read is just bullshit. It's spotlessly clean, in great condition, very well maintained, modern. The employees here work very hard every day for you to have a great experience. Food is tasty, fresh, a lot of options to choose from. It is not a big resort but you can find things to do everyday. Superb, thank you for everything. P.S: they all know english, german,even russian.

Our first time at Miramare Beach Hotel - what an eventful week !
Starting with the pros : the beach was sandy, water was clear & had no pebbles ; the food was sufficient and met everyone's needs ( healthy, vegan, meat, fried etc. ) ; room cleaning service was lovely ; pool was big enough for everyone ; evening shows were entertaining and cocktails were fine - what you'd expect from a generally well rated turkish hotel.
Territory is not too big, and the supposed 'water park' consists of 3 slides, which was fine with me.
Unfortunately, on the third day of our holiday I ended up getting food poisoning / gastroenteritis and could not keep liquids/solids in my system, which is why i had to spend one day at the hospital, and felt terribly sick for the rest of our trip, so I would advise guests to stay cautious and be mindful of what they eat.
Besides the intestinal intoxication, everything else was perfect. However, it was unfortunate that I could not enjoy this holiday to the fullest.
I'd like to offer an honourable mention to Mr. Ilyas, our charming and handsome server at the Main Restaurant, who made sure we felt cared for. 🤍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the service was truly top-notch. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by one employee in particular, Salim. His genuine care for guests was evident throughout our entire stay. Salim's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request, no matter how small, made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay.

I highly recommend Miramare Beach hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and attentive hotel experience.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it’s safe to say we really enjoyed our time.
The hotel itself is visibly very modern and fancy looking right as you walk through the door, which we liked.

There’s two sides to this hotel- both a mirror image of one another. Which can cause a bit of confusion if you walk up the wrong stair case to your room and end up not knowing where you are!

We loved the sunset bar, despite never actually getting to witness a sunset from there! The atmosphere was always warm and inviting, with dull lighting and comfy seating.

Entertainment outside was average, lasting until 23:00. It varied over the course of the week but overall nothing too special. In hindsight sitting by the pool bar in the evening was pleasant as they lit the fire pits and the resort looks lovely lit up by the many fairy lights.

The pools were lovely and warm, we visited in April with the weather being anywhere between 21°-25° and the pool temperature always seemed just right to cool us down but it wasn’t too warm either! However, I cannot say the same for the pool with the 3 slides…. The water is FREEZING! 😅 the slides were still enjoyable non the less though!

We also explored the indoor pool a handful of times, which is located on the first floor behind the reception desk. Again, heated but with an added jacuzzi and bubbles that you can turn off and on yourself with a button.

Food and drinks were good, with a different theme at the buffet every night. I’m always a bit apprehensive about all inclusive abroad but we never went a night without feeling full up from the meals… all very well cooked and tasty 👌🏻
Could do with a better dessert selection though!
All the cocktails were nice, I especially enjoyed the strawberry daiquiri.

Apart from the the main buffet in the hotel there’s 3 other restaurants we visited, however we were a bit disappointed that there was no self serve option, all food is ordered at the table and brought to you, which is great if that’s what you’re after! Personally I prefer pool bars to be a bit more relaxed environment where you can grab food at your own leisure, but that’s just me.
The patisserie had a great selection of ice cream, which was delicious!

The rooms were spacious with a king bed and a single bed, not the comfiest of mattresses but it was okay. It was amazing having the mini fridge re stocked every day with water and fizzy drinks.
Bathroom was plenty big enough and a good shower too.

Having the beach right on your doorstep, and being able to see the ocean from the balcony, felt a bit like paradise! The beach is perfect walking distance if you fancy a dip in the sea after laying by the pool all day. Decent amount of sun beds too. There’s a water sports centre on the beach where you can book in activities such as para sailing, jet ski ride, and more.

Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return. Thanks Miramare 😊

We stayed for 7 nights at the beginning of Jun and had a wonderful time.

We booked a terrace with jacuzzi room for the sea views and comfy seating, but on arrival at 3am were told we were in a garden room. The room was great, small private grass lawn with loungers and small patio set, and we thought in the end it was better than what we'd booked. Although we didn't have the sea view it felt more private and handy for getting around. We were given Platinum package so mini bar and a la carte were all inclusive as well.

The room, and the rest of the hotel, were absolutely spotless! I'd see groundkeepers out before 6am (I'm an early riser so I'd wander over to the 24/7 bar and get a coffee to sit outside with) and the cleaning staff were so good.

In fact one of the housekeeping staff, Sedanur, was the highlight for us! She got us into our room on day 1 when we got locked out, kept the coffee etc stocked whenever we asked in minutes, and was always so friendly, cheerful, and helpful - we loved her!

Buffet in main restaurant had a large selection of a standard set of choices that was added to on rotation daily. It was great food, and some of the additions, especially cakes and pastries, were lovely. The restaurant staff are brilliant - they just don't stop and all are so friendly, and you can see how much effort and care the chefs put in. In fact we never ended up in an a la carte.

Entertainment is on every night at an open air bar and starts with kids entertainment before an hour long act - magicians, dancers, acrobats, tribute bands all played on our trip.

There's a main pool area, kids pool, and slide pool, and there didn't seem to be a struggle with getting loungers even though I'd watch guests getting up to put towels out by 6am! The beach is minutes away and has a lot of loungers and a beach side bar/cafe. You can hire jetskis and parasailing there as well. Other activities are available such as tennis.

We went out on day trips a few times and realised we'd have had just as good a time staying in the hotel all week!

Be aware though if you're from UK - this area has only just started to advertise to UK tourists and nearly all guests are German, therefore, the staff mostly speak German. It didn't cause us an issue at all but some people have had issues with that looking at the reviews.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay at Miremarh Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible location and top-notch facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warmth and offering invaluable assistance throughout our stay.

Now, let's talk about the food – simply exquisite! With five restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique dining experience, we were spoiled for choice. The daily rotating menu at Bullet restaurant, with its freshly prepared dishes, was a highlight. And who can resist the allure of seafood by the beach? The ambiance at the beach restaurant was unparalleled, offering stunning views of the ocean. Meanwhile, the Italian restaurant near the hotel and the pool bar served up delectable meals that exceeded our expectations.

As for accommodations, we opted for the garden room, which provided a serene retreat away from the main hotel. The private garden area and comfortable sunbeds were perfect for unwinding after a day of relaxation. Upgrading to the VIP service was a decision we didn't regret – complimentary massages and daily laundry service truly made our stay feel indulgent, especially for a busy family like ours.

A special shoutout to Eda and Ismail, the poolside staff who not only efficiently served drinks but also charmed us with their friendliness. Their service truly enhanced our poolside experience.

And let's not forget about the private beach and watersport facilities – a paradise right at our doorstep. While we usually enjoy exploring the local area, we found ourselves so content and relaxed at the hotel that we only ventured into town a couple of times. The proximity to shops and attractions made it a convenient option for a quick outing.

If I were to offer any feedback, it would be to increase the number of staff circulating during breakfast to ensure prompt service for beverages and fresh omelettes. Other than that minor suggestion, our experience was flawless.

In conclusion, Miramare Beach Hotel stands out as one of the best all-inclusive resorts we've had the pleasure of staying at. We're already planning our next visit – thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I'm usually a picky person when it comes to booking hotels. This hotel has no flaws. Food is amazing. The rooms were spotless every day after room service and I've had no troubles here at all. Hotel staff speaks Turkish, German and English. They have a lot of daily things to do (even firing an automatic airsoft rifle?!)
The only thing that is a bit of a downside for some people maybe is that the pool is always "reserved-by-towels" but the hotel cannot really enforce against it, they do however have some signs saying not to do it. (They have enough capacity with their sister hotel pools though if you don't like the main pool)

We had very good experience at Miramare Beach Hotel. We went there in 2022 and 2023.
The hotel was clean in every place, and we had very good food at the restaurant.
The beach was also excellent: large beach with a lot of umbrellas, sand cleaned and leveled every day.

Most of the guests are Germans, so all staff speaks German, but communication English is sometimes problematic. And AC in the room seemed to be not very effective. Food great, nice beach, quite and very tidy. All in all, great place.
