This was a perfect family holiday resort for us. We have 2 little girls and they just adored Ayşe and Canan from the mini club. They made sure they felt safe and well entertained. They even came early to say goodbye. If you read this, a big thanks 🙏🏼! The room was spacious and the room separation is very convenient with different sleep schedules. Superb cleanliness, very important in this heat. Furthermore, the buffet is of a very good quality. There are dishes that come back every day, but every evening they give another speciality (Turkish, Sushi night, Mexican...). We've stayed in many hotels and this one is amongst the best. Last, it was busy when we left, but it is top season. There are enough sunbeds and it just gets a little crowded amongst some buffet dishes but nothing out of the ordinary. The personnel is very very friendly and goes out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Thank you, we'll miss you!

Yes it's a good, clean hotel but entertainment is questionable. EDIT one pool party per week. They need 2 and less effort on 1. It is the only thing letting this otherwise outstanding hotel down. Silly inflatables taking up space the serve no purpose than a DJ sat on his phone (entertainment!). In my opinion, Entertainment are lazy and jump into action when a manager appears.

Pool - Everyone cramped around a pool. Nothing can be done, it's the layout but we always got a sun lounger. It is far from the usual Turkish hotels with lots going on. It is a shame because for families it's ideal if they put more on. The cleanliness and staff were excellent. It's the lack of investment for fun and complacent entertainment that ruined it for us.

Oh and we ate out more than in - buffet food for us was not the best but well presented. The hotel did fix this for us and we are sorry for being a pain !

(terrace bar & grill 10/10 €extra - CAN the waiter is outstanding and is a credit to the hotel. He is our overall best employee).

Bar staff 10/10 (best ever seen always happy)

Yes I'd come back in lower season. It really could be an outstanding hotel if they did more fun of a day, for example....a simple 30 min foam party twice a week, jugglers, dancers, louder music for 30 mins other than pre mixed fake DJ tracks.
People want to have fun - yes we make our own but with a little effort the hotel could be much better for very little expense.

Thanks for a great week and outstanding response to a prior 2 star review. At the start we did rate it badly but it grew on us. They do care and the staff are great....but the niggles annoy people and entertainment need an overhaul !

So let's get the negatives out of the way first.I personally think this hotel should be sold as all inclusive only because of its location.Its 7km away from Side old town.There are very few restaurants in walking distance from this Hotel and because inflation has gone up by more than 60% and even more for tourists making drink and food even more expensive than in England.If you have booked or going to book self catering or bed and breakfast at this Hotel then be ready to be shocked by the price of drink and food .Lunch will cost you 30 euros each and dinner will cost you 30 euros each.Drinks for example.A small Turkish beer and a house gin and tonic will cost you 21.39 euros,yes that's correct.A cheese burger at the beach restaurant will cost you 16.82 euros.Now the positives.If you are all inclusive then you will have nothing to worry about.The hotel is lovely.Everywhere is very clean.The rooms are large and very quiet a night,the rooms are cleaned every day and clean towels provided every day.Beach towels are provided and you can change them every day.The pool is lovely and warm the food is very good.The beach and beach restaurant is lovely and the sunbeds and parasols are free and it is only 5 minutes walk away.All the staff are lovely,very helpful and friendly.

We are just sitting waiting for our transport to the airport after another fabulous holiday here This is the 4th time we have visited and the cleanliness of the hotel Choice of food and friendliness of all the staff is always excellent We asked for a specific room before we travelled and were given it with no trouble We highly recommend this hotel and are sorry we have to go home See you next year Barut B

Such a lovely and clean hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is lots to keep the children entertained with the pools, park, water slides and the kids club. The entertainment team are great (especially Ali) and get you involved in the different activities but don’t hassle you. There’s a great range of food each day with a kids corner for them to choose from. Overall it’s a great family hotel and we would love to stay again.

Tuba in the Lime bar, thank you for being so kind with your attentive service we never wanted for anything, so good with the kids and even better with her beer delivery.

Overall a fab hotel with many qualities. Everyone works so hard from the catering team, to the bar staff, to the entertainment team, the place is immaculate the food is great we loved our star.

Fantastic hotel with a good location in relation to the beach. The pool area is large and well maintained and very clean. Sun all day in the area. Nice planting and plenty of space around the pools. The hotel is fantastic for families with children, with good entertainment in the evenings as well as during the day with, for example, maxi chess, games hall, pool table, play area, tennis court and driving range. There is both a clothes shop, groceries, hairdresser, spa fitness center and a doctor at the hotel. We travel without small children and entertainment during the day and in the evening, also for us slightly older people, is also very good. The food at this hotel is nothing short of fantastic and the selection enormous. Best all inclusive experience ever. On the beach, the hotel has its own beach club that serves drinks, food and ice cream. This is also very good and there is plenty of room for a lot of guests on the beach and never had a problem finding space for all four next to each other. The staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful regardless of position.

We had a wonderful stay at Barut B suites. We travel with 2 young children, for whom Barut B was the perfect place.
The rooms are very nice small apartments with a very comfortable sofa bed for the kids.
We loved the all in concept, the food was delicious, diverse, lots of healthy choices every day. The children especially enjoyed the kids buffet. We loved the overall friendliness and hospitality of the staff, the tranquil and relax atmosphere they maintain everywhere, even amidst high season. We loved how you can engage in activities with the animation team when you wish to, but also how it’s perfectly possible not be bothered by this at all when you do not wish to participate.
Nothing is over the top in this hotel, no big luxury, just all decent, well maintained and of high quality. This is a lovely place for families and we hope to be back some day.

We went on a family holiday, 5 adults, 2 teenagers & child age 10. Something for everyone really although the evening entertainment could be improved (was mainly for children)
Short walk to main road where you can get a bus to Side - only 1 euro each way - run every 10 minutes but the buses are only small so sometimes they do get full.
Very clean hotel, beds changed every day. The food is really good & reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly & helpful. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Private beach is a short walk from hotel also providing free sun loungers. Well stocked supermarket and there is also a launderette and small shop selling shoes/trainers/sandals & holiday clothes. Snack bar on the beach selling good selection of food & drinks. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.
