Absolute bliss 🌳🌴🌲🍃 serenity with luxury at its best. We booked our 4 days short break with Paloma perissia & we have enjoyed and still enjoying our stay here. ❤️👌 Hotel is perfect all-rounder.

Top level service by all the staff members - from Reception to the kitchen & cleaning. They are welcoming and always happy to help. 🌟

Food - even a week won't be enough for everything they offfer. Delicious 😋 meals all the time. A-la carte restaurants are pure gems. 🌟❤️ Main buffet restaurant also offers plenty of selection from all around the world cuisine.

Pools and hotel premises are upto date and lively. Lifeguard on duty are taking there jobs seriously 👍

All different bars has their own vibe ❤️🌟

Location of the hotel is perfect in Side area. Walking distance to ancient town of side and other attractions.

Just back from a lovely 8 night stay at this hotel, nearly everything was perfect with just a few tweeks needed for a full 5 star experience.
It didn't get off to a great start... we checked in late at night with another couple and were given our rooms by the excellent reception team who said both your rooms are lovely after my wife asked what they were like, this was not very accurate. Ours friends got a decent room on the 7th floor with a slight sea view, we were ushered around the corner from reception on the 4th floor. Immediate alarm bells when the door opened outwards and we then opened the doors to a small patio overlooking a large bush! Bathroom was tiny with nowhere to put anything and no shower screen or curtain, it was then we realised we had a wheelchair access room. Went back to reception to ask if they had anything else but predictably they were full!
So we were told to come back the next morning and we could change, which we did at 11am and were given a decent room on the 6th floor with an obscured seaview. Room was generally ok but bathroom was small and towels were very thin and not very luxurious.
Beds were comfy and a/c worked ok. As an apology the reception manager offered us a cabana for the day which would normally be €100, which is extremely expensive for what you get. We accepted and had a nice day being served by Ahmed (think that his name?) with food served from the Quentine menu on some comfy beds.

Food was generally good although breakfast wasn't great, I can't put my finger on why but just never seemed to find too much I wanted so stuck to the fresh omelette made by the kitchen staff. Most days I had to ask for a Turkish tea glass as there weren't any and glasses for fresh juice always seemed to run out.
We tried the Quentine and Wabi Sabi a la carte, we loved the Quentine but the Wabi Sabi was very rushed service some courses quiet bland and the restaurant was empty by 9.15.
The Quentine at lunchtime was again good with great service.
We loved the pools and the beach, we always managed to get sunbeds even for 4 of us. The beach was especially nice as they had proper umbrella's not permanent covers and the beds were nicely spaced out compared to alot of the hotels we saw along the beach.
The best thing though were the staff, most of them were very friendly and good at their jobs.
Special mention to Murat who was amazing taking orders and serving drinks around the pool, to Mehmet in the lounge bar and Mete & Aydan in the Quentine beach bar.
Mete was always smiling & friendly and was amazing at keeping our drinks topped up, remembering our drinks from previous visits and was a really great asset to this hotel.
The sunset views from the lounge bar terrace were amazing each evening.
I can't really comment on the entertainment as we didn't really go to any apart from the live band we saw in the Quentine bar one night who were great but after saying they were playing a few more songs they stopped abruptly around eleven o'clock and walked off??
Overall we had a lovely stay at this hotel and would consider a return visit.

Absolutely fantastic hotel!!!! 5 stars well deserved. Food was amazing from all restaurants. 24 hour snacks 24 hours drink. Room service was very cheap. Rooms where massive absolutely perfect. Pools are great. Got a games room with ps5s in for the kids. More than enough sunbeds to go round. Beach literally 20 metres away full of sunbeds too. Night club on site. Family friendly. Staff are all brilliant.
It's well worth the massive amount of money we paid to stay here.

I can say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. I felt very comfortable thanks to the cleanliness of the rooms, the variety and deliciousness of the food, the hygiene and the friendliness of the staff. The pool in most of the hotels I went to was very dirty and unhygienic, but here the pool was really clean, I thank the staff very much. I would especially like to thank Ersin Chef and Ferdi Chef for all their help. I stayed for exactly 7 days in August and had a lot of fun. I'm thinking of coming again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Paloma Perissia. Our children loved the swimming pools and the opportunity to visit the Paloma Aquapark. The food was varied and very delicious. The hotel is well-maintained and extremely clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Guest Relations always helped us with our reservations, and when there was a mix-up with our à la carte restaurant reservation, they went above and beyond to resolve it.

Murat who served us with drinks at the pool was also amazing :)!

On our last day, we had a late flight due to a change by TUI, which wasn't ideal with children, as our flight was at 11 PM. We were traveling with two families, and Front Office Manager Yalain and his colleague Zeyneg did their utmost to ensure we could keep one room for a late checkout. It was the perfect end to our vacation! Highly recommended!

Overall, top stay. The facilities are great, people super kind and food is delicious. They get 6 stars. Service really has hospitality at the heart.
The pools are top, sea views great. A shoutout to Murat at the beach bar and his colleagues, and the main restaurant cooks and waiters. Also kid entertaining colleagues are very, very nice!
If I look for things to improve, the double room is rather small compared to other 5* hotels, and there is no bath tub. If travelling with an infant or toddler, you need a larger one. Also we had some ants in the room.
In any case, will come back next year. Top destination!

Just spent 7 nights here in July 2024. Our stay was excellent: the hotel was immaculately presented, all staff were incredibly helpful and the food was great. The location of the hotel, including its private beach front and easy access to local shops and Side, was perfect for getting out to explore. The pools were big, and plenty spacious enough. We were also able to find sunbeds not too far from poolside at various times of day. Service from the pool bar was a great addition to the outdoor complex, as was access to the offsite water park. The a la carte restaurants were well worth the visit and included some tasty food at no extra cost; again the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Paloma Perissia and will be back ourselves.

This is a very good hotel in many ways: good food, friendly service. We did have problems with the safe which dragged on a bit and not convinced the fridge is working but the room itself is lovely with a nice balcony. The swimming pool is also excellent. Main beef - unless you have a Sherpa like sense of direction it is extremely difficult to find your way around ! This could be remedied by SIGNING in many parts of the hotel where rooms ,bars etc are

Just returned from this hotel this week. Had superb holiday. From arriving (being met 0ff coach) to leaving i cannot fault the rooms spotless. Cleaned every day. Have all facilities. The whole area of hotel is kept very very clean. Never saw one piece of rubbish.. food is plentiful. And cooked to perfection. The staff (everywhere). From reception. To gardeners. Waiters. Even shop staff. Resturant staff. Were 100% best ive experienced.. beached looked nice. But i was happy round pool so dudnt
