Staff are incredible Murat at Quentines bar is the best So friendly and always has a welcoming smile Mete and Sullyman who work serving drinks around the pool are amazing too Mira, Muhammed are brilliant serving in restaurants and bars Shame the entertainment didn’t put on regular karaoke but that is my only slight gripe Hotel is class, good food, nice places to eat and drink

We went for 10 days in June and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is great, really clean and the food was great. Our favourite was the beach bar where we were looked after by Murat and Rabia. They were always really helpful, polite and most importantly made superb drinks. This place is highly recommended and we will be back.

On arrival the hotel does not have the wow factor in fact I thought it had scaffolding up outside as we arrived just after dark you are already on level 4 when you enter at the lobby we checked in and given room 1189 we followed the bell boy after lifts and quite a few stairs we entered the room immediately it smelt musty and looked very out dated I had paid for a balcony and sea view we got a grass terrace and no view to the side of the room the bell boy had already made his escape on a further look round I was adamant that I was not staying in this room so tried to phone reception no answer so we went back to reception cases in tow to say I was not happy with the room and that I had requested balcony sea view room as it was also my birthday whilst there they directed us to the lounge bar level 3 and said they would sort and fair due after 20 minutes he came and found us and gave us cards to 8840 top floor balcony and wow what a pool and sea view much more modern room shower good beds comfy so sorted in the morning yes people had reserved sun beds from early on I'm sure it will be even more difficult to get a bed in July and August Food well it's ok always pizza and pasta stations but felt meat options were lacking the biggest piece of meat I saw was a chicken all other meats either shredded or cubed in stews and casseroles plenty of whole fish but always lots of bones a huge salad bar but always the same Cheese plastic and synthetic no strong cheese on offer desserts all look very pretty but all tasteless Staff worked hard but only give you more attention once you've given a tip the beach is lovely if that's your thing we booked quintine restaurant 1 night which was nice and also wabi sabi which was way to rushed not enjoyable no sooner had we finished the sushi our main course was on the table so we were in and out in 45 minutes hotel on the whole is rough around the edges not 5* more 3 to 4 the weather was very hot 45 one day lesson learnt to not go in June July or August especially when your at pension age doubt we would return here as looking at barut collection of hotels you pay a bit more for a far better experience thick cushions on sun beds for one

Good hotel, no obvious minuses from small ones, more or less variety of food but no small exclusives, some unusual fish or shrimps there (there were crayfish once). In general, a very good hotel but nothing special.

Another absolutely fantastic holiday at the Paloma Perrisia! It was our tenth time and never fails to amaze us. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything and everything which isn't too much to ask. Ramazan in Quentines bar is absolutely fabulous, great personality and works extremely hard. Achmed who runs up and down the beach all day with drink orders absolutely is absolutely fantastic and he is so funny. The man on the beach who helps with your sun loungers and umbrellas works extremely hard and is always happy to help. Please do come to this hotel if you are thinking about it. You won't be let down

Good service from Ali at the Bistro Bar. He knows what we like to drink everytime he sees us. It is really nice to drink something at the bar.

We have stayed in Turkey before but never at such a great hotel. From the minute we arrived every member of staff were fabulous and went above and beyond. A big shout out to the pool waiters and to Mohammed who served us at breakfast remembering our drinks order from day 1 and getting us the best table every day. We then saw him again at Quentin’s at lunch and again amazing attention to detail, remembering drinks and going the extra mile to ensure we always had great service. We had room 4422 2 x queen beds and a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Beds were hard but still comfy. The room was cleaned and fresh towels etc every day. All pool and beach areas really clean and well looked after. Impeccable service, we never had to go to the bar, drinks straight to our loungers. Great pool aerobics instructor, really enthusiastic. Great pier with lovely life guards Very secure with friendly security guards. Great choice of food at the buffet. We went to Wabi Sabi and Quentin’s in the evening, both were good. - Quentin’s was outstanding. Great cocktails We will definitely come again Added bonus free water park trip well worth it and a motor boat trip around the bay booked with Banana Joe - was fabulous

Very nice hotel . Staff are very helpful & work so hard. Mehmet Acet is so friendly & helpful always made sure we had drinks , he always had a smile and was very happy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar.
In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.
