The lobby is quite impressive upon entry, situated near the beach and featuring well-maintained grounds. The hotel is clean, equipped with modern furnishings, and the housekeeping service was exceptional.
The majority of the guests were a blend of German, native Turkish, and Russian individuals. There were not many British guests, which is a positive aspect.
The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with no loud music, unlike other resorts.
The staff were consistently polite and friendly. I would like to give special mention to Tamara, who works in guest relations, always happy to help and resolve any issues my family had.
The quality of service provided by the staff made our vacation very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is certainly worth paying extra for.
