Save your money and book elsewhere
A nightmare stay.
They are Thieves, impolite and unprofessional staff, dirty and small rooms.
Room service Stole our money from the room while we were out.
Front desk staff was unhelpful.
Hotel manager was unprofessional and can't make any decisions to solve problems.
Breakfast was a limited selection and unappetizing.
The pool was closed for maintenance and the gem is poorly equipped.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was overpriced for the quality of service and accommodations provided the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, substandard facility and stole our money made my stay miserable

If you're looking for peace and quiet during your stay this is not the hotel for you: though ideally located on the calmer side of Taksim, the rooms are very badly isolated so you still hear everything happening outside your room (elevator, guests speaking, guests leaving, doors slamming). For a hotel claiming they're 4 stars, they don't even have tissues available or water bottles. The only good thing about this hotel is the water pressure in the shower (which had a stranger's hair in it when we arrived). The breakfast has many options to choose from but everything was tasteless (low quality eggs and cheese, bread buns and simit cut in pieces, no fruit variety, Nescafe coffee). If you would like Turkish coffee they charge for it and it is badly done. I frequently come to Istanbul and will never be staying at this hotel again.

A very respectable hotel to stay in. Their breakfast is also diverse offering local choices. Very close to the Taxim square. It's a 5 minute walk on foot. Be careful of the mini markets located outside the hotel premises... They are very expensive.. the hotel, however, was respectable enough!!

I stayed here 5 days. It is a clean and responsible hotel. Water and coffee and shampoo charged everyday. breakfast was good and the staff are polite. I will stay here again. the best thing is that it is 2 minutes away from Taksim square.

Stay away for the hotel if you are expecting 4 star experience.
Firstly, breakfast is not that good. They serve limited variety of food and sometimes not fresh at all.
The room was quite large but had no view.
The swimming pool is 1.4 m deep, very depressive and the gym has so far 3 equipments. So, don't expect much from it.
Not sure how they could get 4 stars. I have stayed at 2 stars hotel better than this.

Stayed for two weeks. Got free up grade. For the price, this hotel is the Ritz of its class. Breakfast is always ready at 7 for early risers. Amazing service especially at the BF lounge. The servers and their head are E X C E P T I O N A L. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you so much Grand for making my stay great.

i dont recommend at all, the staff doesn’t clean often and they dont change water bottles and sheets, the room aint that much also not as the pictures show,the food there is so bad and not so much food .

The hotel presents the value for the price, very welcoming staff and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel was a little worn out, the staff made sure to meet our needs and solve our issues as soon as they could. Also a very promising location that showed us the best of both worlds, both local destinations (eg: taksim) and more luxurious ones (eg: nishantishe/ istinyia park). Would definitely recommend for a visit!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, the rooms are old and dirty the bathroom edges were black because of fungus and rust. The mattress springs were poking my chest I really dont recommend it unless you are on budget.
To be fair the breakfast was decent, and durig my stay my floor was flooded because of rain ( in August) and hotel transfered me to another hotel which ironically was way much better , its name was avantgarde
