Nova Plaza Orion Hotel

This isn’t 4 star by no means. The room was ok, we had a leaking fridge that flooded our floor for 5 days. The sheets were not changed at all in 5 days. Our towels were changed, but our room wasnt even swept. The breakfast was totally disgusting, & i normally eat everything. There were people that returned they un- eaten food, back to the buffet. Coffee was shocking too.

The hotel has a pool, this is why i chose it. On my only day I was able to use the pool btw 12-8 pm, I was told i need a hair cap to cover my dirty hair by the make attendant. I didn’t realise it was law, but then he tried selling me a plastic bag look alike for €10, to go for a swim. He kept arguing with me telling me my hair needs to be covered because its dirty. Seriously, my hair is dirtier than the women that use the pool, during their monthlies??

Extremely disappointed that every 4 star hitel offers plastic shower caps, but this one made it compulsory to wear in their pool & wanted to charge you for it €10. Shameful

There’s plenty of better hotels to stay at, & would suggest on the other side Faith instead.

They charge you for water at night but not during the day. Barely speak English, so difficult to communicate. For the first time ever in our life we chose not to have our included breakfast, because of hygiene issues. Saw a fly, old rotten fruit and cheap meat.

Worst hotel and the most dirtiest hotel in Istanbul not recommended at all do not go there and west you’re money I’m sure you can find better hotels for same price
The rooms are very small cleaning is terrible no refreshing for room zero customer service at reception breakfast is really bad quality food not eatable I stay here with my family for 10 worst experience ever really really bad hotel and no one cares about clients so bad

This hotel is the worst and dirtiest hotel in Istanbul, the rooms are completely dark, the sofas are small and old and the bed is old and worn, this hotel is not 4 stars, they completely abuse their guests. The sheets on the beds are not changed and only arranged, the sheets are completely dirty and worn because the people who have done the hair transplant are staying in that hotel and all the sheets are bloody and dirty. During our stay, the colors of the ceilings and plaster of the walls were falling off, and they were doing repairs in my room during my stay. When I was taking a shower, the water went into the bathroom and there were no mirrors in the rooms. I informed them about this matter and they were completely rude and stupid and one of them was called Bilal or Bilal and his name was not even written on his clothes. This man was completely rude. He was polite and racist. But the reservation and night staff and the restaurant and breakfast staff were very polite and kind

I had no pleasure and peace in this hotel and my money was wasted.

The only saving grace for this hotel is its location . It's in a very good spot for tourists , however , the rooms , food and hygiene were very poor. Breakfast lacks variety and tastes mid at best , it's the same thing every morning and coffee was especially terrible . The cleaning service was okay but the fridge was dirty and smelled , it was also noisy and let out abnormal heat . Everything in the triple room we got was pretty much old as hell . To be fair, staff are polite and welcoming but I still wouldn't recommend this hotel at all .

Emir turgay are great guys , doing fantastic job, I had agreement with turgay to rent a room by $90 , when I arrived to hotel Mr,Serkan said you have to pay $100 , he told me I’m the boss, we are tourist, please fix that mistake
