The hotel is good in a way in terms of their service, the staff has been pleasantly helpful to us. The breakfast was great with many choices. The rooms were regularly cleaned too and the bathroom was clean.
However, the room was extremely small for 3 people (we were given a triple room) there was barely enough space to place our luggages and walk around. The AC was also very weak and the wifi was quite slow. The first day we checked in they had an issue with their wifi which was inconvenient at first.
Despite the let downs, booking this hotel is budget-friendly.

The hotel is really nice and well located. It is Near taksim square and the popular street taksim. The staff is very kind and always helpful. Breakfast is awesome! You can have breakfast and Lunch practically. It has many fruits, vegetales, different kinds of cheese, cookies cakes , chips, sausages, chicken nuggets, onion rings, sometimes there is even pasta. Different types of coffee and natural Juices. Scrambled eggs, omelette. The sauna and turkish bath is also included in the price which I think it is awesome. The pool is also really nice. To sum up. Excellent facilities and attention at a very reasonable and fair price.

Customer Service upon arrival was extremely poor, very aggressive and overall unpleasant.
The room itself was small and smelled very strongly like cigarette smoke. It did not look like the photos at all.
The location is not ideal, it's on the end of Taksim square and borders some very dodgy and unsafe feeling areas.
They also overcharge significantly for airport transfers (they were charging AUD $100 and we secured an alternative transfer for AUD $52)
Would not trust this place or recommend at all.

I am grateful to them for this cooperation, knowing that if you do not show up at the time of booking, you will not have access to your financial amount because you did not come on time, but this beautiful hotel did. With your help and saving the money for me, thank you to the beautiful hotel and thank you to the upscale hotel, knowing that every year I visit Turkey I stay in this hotel and it is close to all the places you must visit in Istanbul. It was one of the most ridiculous experiences of my trip, after I saw that the room was being renovated because the infant was with us, I went to the reception desk and was asked to change the room, which told me that we will not give another room and that you can cancel, and when I refused the receptionist attacked me and I had to call the police. Do not choose this hotel under any circumstances. Very small, relatively dirty and noisy hotel, and very rude and irresponsible staff.

The pictures can be very deceiving! The rooms are not even half the size of a normal hotel rooms. Literally a place for a bed and few places to stand. Really not worth for the money. The minibar was empty and when I asked why it’s full in the photos. The guy staff replies, it’s only for pictures. It’s located on a very steep hill, not a place for families. We booked based on photos and the reviews and we got let down. Would not stay again. The only staff I found very helpfull is Miss Duygu at the reception and a tall guy with no hair, forgot his name. Miss Duygu is a very friendly person. The rest are miserable.

I would give this place a ( - 10 ) if I could they are so rude the hotel is nothing like described online.
This hotel is located In doggy area. It's not safe to walk by yourself to the hotel in dark.
The hotel itself is a photoshop masterpiece and it's a 2/3 star hotel not 4 like they advertised, not even close to it. The rooms are extremely small. Room for 3 can only fit 2 people.
Hotel is super dirty and smelly, staff smokes inside the hotel, even my bedroom was stinky, cigaret smoke everywhere.
In the corridor and my bedroom they had cockroaches.
They gave me another room and while I was putting my stuff down, some random guys came in and sprayed pesticides spray right in front of me.
One of the days my room was randomly left open. Gladly I was away only for 30 min but would have I been away all day I could easily got robbed.
Spa is supper dirty, breakfast was ok although they didn't had spoons for coffee or tea had to use wooden sticks.
I got so overwhelmed that I booked a different hotel, I didn't feel safe there and it was so dirty I just couldn't stay there any longer.
I asked for refund for the days I'm not staying there and they started shouting at me. They got so aggressive and attacked my friend. The reception woman and the manger punched my friend in a face couple times. It was the most scariest experience of my life!
Nobody was there to help and I couldn't reach police.
I'm so glad I left this place early and only stayed there 2 nights as honestly anything could have happened.
Police also advised not to stay in that area but rather stay next to the square on the other side as this place is known for being unsafe.

Well located just next to Taksim square, heart of the city. The street is quiet but steep. Staff was super friendly to us during the whole weekend. We had a nice room for two on the top floor. Breakfast was Ok. The piano in the lobby is a nice touch. We spent a while in the spa area and had a strong but efficient massage. Room and bathroom is relatively small. For us it was enough. There was a faint cigarette smell. Overall good experience there ! Would go again. Don’t expect 4 stars luxury if you go though.

Nice little hotel in a convenient location close to Taksim. Havabus station is 10 minutes walk. They offer a spa with a nice pool and sauna. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They respect all covid restrictions and I felt very safe.
