Horrible Service, Rude Staff, and Not Worth 4 Stars! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff treated me very poorly, especially during checkout. The checkout time was 12 pm, and when they called me, I explained that I needed more time to pack as I had many things on the floor and had woken up late. Instead of accommodating me, they sent someone to my room at 12:30 pm, and the staff member rudely told me to leave immediately, even though I was still packing! I left the room by 1 pm, just an hour late, which has never been an issue at other hotels. To my surprise, they tried to charge me 20 euros for that extra hour. Their behavior was extremely disrespectful, and they even took a photo of my car and threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay!

On top of that, the breakfast was very poor with little variety, definitely not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The location is also terrible, on a busy high road, far from any metro or bus station. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!

Customer Service upon arrival was extremely poor, very aggressive and overall unpleasant.

The room itself was small and smelled very strongly like cigarette smoke. It did not look like the photos at all.

The location is not ideal, it's on the end of Taksim square and borders some very dodgy and unsafe feeling areas.

They also overcharge significantly for airport transfers (they were charging AUD $100 and we secured an alternative transfer for AUD $52)

Would not trust this place or recommend at all.

It was one of the most ridiculous experiences of my trip, after I saw that the room was being renovated because the infant was with us, I went to the reception desk and was asked to change the room, which told me that we will not give another room and that you can cancel, and when I refused the receptionist attacked me and I had to call the police. Do not choose this hotel under any circumstances. Very small, relatively dirty and noisy hotel, and very rude and irresponsible staff.

The pictures can be very deceiving! The rooms are not even half the size of a normal hotel rooms. Literally a place for a bed and few places to stand. Really not worth for the money. The minibar was empty and when I asked why it’s full in the photos. The guy staff replies, it’s only for pictures. It’s located on a very steep hill, not a place for families. We booked based on photos and the reviews and we got let down. Would not stay again. The only staff I found very helpfull is Miss Duygu at the reception and a tall guy with no hair, forgot his name. Miss Duygu is a very friendly person. The rest are miserable.
