Generally very friendly staff, but the service and facilities are not at all as depicted in the photos. The hotel is located in a noisy area of Istanbul (close to clubs etc), breakfast is very mediocre and the room is very small compared to what we expected (deluxe).
I also think they took advantage of the fact that we are tourists by charging us more expensive services than they should have. We booked a spa massage for 2 people, the physiotherapist worked in a very small room with a mattress, so the treatment took twice as long because I went in first and then my friend.
Overall I would not recommend the hotel as I was disappointed by the expectations and false representations in the social media.
Kons: very noisy street, until 04.00 every night noise from the bars. Very simple breakfast, closes 10.30. We went there at 10.00 and there was almost nothing left. The room was not very clean and the bathroom had a weird smell. Also weird massage girl .
