Great hotel, a bit pricier than the other hotels but we wanted comfort during our final two nights of a 16 night trip through Turkiye. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfortable, and GREAT views. Hotel appears to cater a lot to higher end European tourists so somewhen of an attitude from some of the guests, but nothing bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, plus very easy to get to/from the Istanbul airport. Breakfast is very price and frankly not that interesting, there are dozens of much better breakfast options a few steps away so our only recommendation would be to not add the breakfast to your stay. We loved the bar also, to be able to grab a drink at the hotel before bed was great and the bar staff was always very nice.

A very clean and beautiful hotel with amazing room space and views. The staff, especially Batuhan and the reception team, were great and very supportive.

I would like to write a comment about the hotel which has a classic design rooms with like nice old style decorations, also Cafe man Mr. Emir and ferdi with warm attraction in a nice atmosphere. Also the hotel located in Sisly, one of the best area of Istanbul.

Good hotel, had breakfast on the first day. Expensive and not tasty, lots of buns and pastries.
I liked the room, but we booked room 1 based on the photo, but in fact we were put in another (other photos of the room correspond to the one on the island).
I didn't like that the door to the toilet was like in the shower (it doesn't close and there is a large open space below). You can feel and hear the smell and sounds. It's not comfortable for a couple.

We had the pleasure to stay here for approx 1 week. The service was fantastic the waiter Ferdi was top dollar! By the way the other waiters was great as well good job guys! Breakfast was fantastic as well. Its second time we stay here because its fantastisk hotel area etc.
