There was an elderly housekeeping staff who was so sweet but unfortunately forgot to take his name. The lobby area was beautiful too! It was walking distance from the shopping street which one could easily do

The staff were the real highlight, thank you to Eren who cleaned our room perfectly, Nur and Tutahan who welcomed us and served us at the buffet which were all so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay special

His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail elevated our experience and made us feel right at home. If you are visiting Istanbul, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included—it’s worth every penny

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

I stayed here 2 or 3 times. Big room. Water and coffee is there ever day. Check in upon arrival no matter in the morning time. My Check in was 9...9.30am. They care about guests very well

I had an amazing stay at The Marmara Taksim Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive

The pool and the spa were great. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but the time we went it wasn’t busy. Other reviews complained about the noise, we didn’t hear any street noise from the room

Good location, walking distance to Taksim. Hotel facilities are also good, nice outdoor pool, good gym and spa too. Good breakfast choices but would prefer to have a bit more meat options

Rooms big enough, shower amazing indoor amenities poor service at the pool was poor. 

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

Front desk, bellhop, room attendants, restaurant attendants, pool service folks, ALL IN ALL - made sure our stay was pleasant and took care of our needs every step of the way! Fantastic breakfast, no doubt about it… however eating the same or similar items daily for 4 days in a row could be a bit boring for anyone

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

Everything is perfectly luxurious, the rooms the alleys and staff! I recommend for a perfectly restful vacation or business trip. Breakfast could be improved with some local sweets and better choice cold drinks..

The room is small, with a sea view on the side, on the second floor, the breakfast is average, the service is average, not as good as expected. The swimming pool is by the sea, very beautiful. Upgrade

The service is good, thumbs up. But the price is over 20,000 per night, the cost performance is really bad. I booked the Sultan Suite, thinking it was a sea view, but it turned out to be a side view of the sea

Can it still be called a sea view room? If it is a front view, you have to add another 30,000. Over 20,000 per night, not as good as the Bulgari in China, which is less than 10,000

Very very good! The service is superb and the hardware is superb! The housekeeper is very considerate, the welcome dessert and fruit are very good, all the drinks in the MINI bar are not only free but also very high-end, every time we come back from an outing, the MINI bar is filled up, and we get warm greetings and friendly chats from every hotel staff!

Every manager of the restaurant does it personally, which is very enjoyable. The front desk, concierge, and room service are impeccable and fully staffed. Every need will be responded to and met in the first time

The breakfast restaurant, Peacock Restaurant, and Turkish Restaurant have rich and delicious dishes. Especially in the breakfast restaurant and Peacock Restaurant, you can experience the best service

The location is right above the long walking street along the sea. Very close to the Aqua Mall of Istanbul, a nice luna park next to it, a great park. All in all a perfect stay and we will defenitely come again!

This was my 3rd time in this hotel it has been outdated the beds need to be renewed They charged us 20 Canadian dollar just using the chips , they only leave 2 bottles of water, the TV remote was not working properly Hamum and spa was out of service indoor swimming pool was very cold outdoor swimming was closed Over all not a very good experience this time and I will change my stay to another alternative...

This hotel is a real gem! Me and my husband had a real blast here. The hotel is great starting from the lobby with fresh orchids. Rooms spatious, clean, comfortable. Complementary coffee, tea, chocolate

Bakirkoy Hotel was designed with great thought, the rooms are spacious, the materials used are of very high quality, the sheets and towels are spotless, the bathrooms are sparkling and some of the rooms have a jacuzzi

It’s ok to stay for 1 night closes to airport not more. I stayed in this hotel on Monday and a party near the swimming pool was till 12. The hotel very busy with business meetings or conferences

There were also a few broken items in the room, and the cleaning service was only average. On the positive side, the food was excellent and the pool was a highlight of our stay
