Doesn’t really feel like a 5 star hotel. You can’t control the temperature in your own room (Ac/heat) centrally controlled and the room I was in was blazing hot. Upon arrival we received a room facing the main street. We could not sleep well because of the noise of the cars, but the next day the room was replaced with a quieter one. Thanks to the understanding staff. Everything was good, but the room's bathroom is old and needs maintenance and updating.

Nice hotel with good location next to metrobus station (florya), many restaurants and coffee shops around and shopping walking street about 5 minutes by foot, room service not much good every day they keep something less shampoo, soap or water should be one of them short each day, have swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath (hammas) and sauna

Everything about our staying in this hotel was amazing. We won't forget this kind of kindness, perfection in every quadrometer of the hotel is wonderful. For business in asian side, this hotel is perfect, have good rooms, unfortunately the restaurant and kitchen closes early!

The rooms were spacious and excellent, with a beautiful view, but the windows were not clean. There were no utensils in the kitchen, and we had to pay 250 lira for plates and dishes. Most of the washing machines in the laundry room were not working. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the pool was also very good.

Great experience at Bof business and it was my second stay at the wonderful hotel. Deniz and his staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt like home. Rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast wonderful. A real five star experience in budget price.

It's a nice hotel but the walls are very thin. I could hear two middle aged women talking pretty much all night. Room service took over one hour because I only ordered a small amount, however I appreciated the service regardless. The bed was comfy, the location was nice also, very central area. Breakfast have very limited options, is a nice hotel overall, but the location is not very close to tourist attractions. But uber is cheap for Europeans , so I guess is ok.

We have been here for 2 days now the hotel is in an ideal location! It's probably a 5 minute walk from here to what can only be described as a town centre. The staff are fantastic however the language barrier is clear and apparent however..... The staff are still incredibly helpful and attentive! The only reason for 4 stars on service I because of the language barrier not so much during the day...

I arrived about 2000hrs in a taxi traveling along some very dark back streets, to be met with several police cars there lights flashing, not at the hotel but opposite. I guess you can imagine this put me on the backfooot. I checked in shown to my very large room, clean and pleasant enough. Thought I'd go for a beer, asked at reception as to where to go and there was a language barrier, after some gestering...

I went to Isntabul for business and personal reasons. When I arrived I was greeted very kindly by all the staff. During my stay the staff was always very helpful. I met a nice gentleman named Mevlut and a very classy woman named Rania. They were so very helpful during my stay and I truly appreciated all their help. I would recommend this place as well I would book again myself.

Nice staff and rooms with nice view, BUT huge internet issues. If you have a Mac or iPhone and need to do work, don’t come here. No business center and the internet connection just does NOT work! Overall, good location.

I've been to this hotel on January 8 in terms of the quality of service I felt that I had to write this article. it is to be close to shopping centres and close to the metro stop was just too tempting. Also given a fruit plate at the entrance there is a separate BI also has added beauty :)

I was lucky as I was upgraded to a larger room after I was not happy with my original reserved room. Staff is very helpful. Location is a bit tricky, and parking is very limited. Smoking inside rooms was a problem. Generally clean and relaxing. Money value to service is reasonable.

We had a perfect stay at Helikon Hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, I think all rooms are no-smoking, so you don't get that smell anywhere in the Hotel, which is my top priority. The breakfast was amazing, they offered a lot of choices, ranging from french fries to different salades. The hotel is close to a shopping mall, walking distance to the metro and a bus station...

After a long flight, we went straight from the airport to The Grand Mira Hotel. Unfortunately, we had an unnecessary and downright horrible exchange with the taxi driver on arrival, but what truly made the night special was how the hotel staff completely turned it around. Spent 2 nights and the rooms were very clean. Although there were no balconies. Make sure you request a room with the harbor view. Peaceful place. Not many things to see around but convieniently located near Maltepe.

Almost nobody speaks english + women at breakfast mostly look angry. They have a great bar but it doesnt work in the evenings - so bad, such potential and nothing is happening. Hotel is fine, nice and close to public transport. Staff are lovely and rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was great. However it is deceiving to call the hotel a “business hotel”.
