Spinel Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. No elevators, smelly rooms, cramped stairs, uneven flooring, and terrible taxi access. The whole experience was a nightmare. I wish I could have rated it zero stars. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this hotel!

To begin with the agent and the hotel people were all conmens, paid for the trip and didnt travel on that date calling the hotel for an extension no any reply, the agent as well had taken the money already, arrived and went to ask for the stay the manager or whoever was there was very rude and harsh with racism words as well. I dont recommend any one to ever step there

The rooms were too small and the manager was kinda rude.
The boring looks on his face were so annoying.
And as a tourist we asked him to provide an adapter for our charger for which he was asking for money. I mean cmon man we were offered adapters for free in cappadocia's 3 starred hotel person.
The hotel has a staircase so trippy and also for breakfast there's one lady who serves breakfast was coughing all the time...
Also the juice we were served was expired and when I asked the manager to change it.. He couldn't understand a word and told me i will do what he didn't eventually.

Worst place to stay. Highly not recommend

Is the first time i wish I can review with 0 stars .
We had booked in February for 3 night 3 separated rooms with an agency , was a family trip to celebrate our parents birthday .
We went at the hotel at 1 a.m after our flight and the guy at the reception ask for our passports , was getting late in giving us the keys , our grandma which very old was with us and our parents are not very young and with medical conditions was waiting in the lobby , after 15 minutes the reception guy told us what if we want to pay more to get family room, which we did disagree because we had made the payment one month prior than he proceed to tell us what the have just 2 rooms at the hotel free , but 2 people can stay to an apartment not in the hotel , apartment was in other location , which we didnt feel comfortable to do it because we where 2 young girls , one kid , our parents and our grandmother . Base even in the guy in reception attitude we definitly didnt feel well staying in the apartment when we booked prior and made the payment for hotel rooms. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!

I would not recommend it. The breakfast is the same everday and I was there for 7 nights, I stopped eating breakfast here after the third day. They should change the breakfast. The rooms are okay considering the price charged per month. It's comfortable and they clean everyday.
