I always stay at this hotel, and it’s absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming – truly the best! They always make me feel right at home with their warm and professional service.
One of the highlights of my stay is the breakfast – it’s amazing! There's always a great variety, everything is fresh and delicious, and it’s the perfect way to start the day.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Every visit is a wonderful experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you're looking for excellent service and a great stay, this is the hotel for you.
What truly stands out is the friendly, multilingual staff who go above and beyond to assist with everything from luggage to tour bookings; special thanks to Furkan and Ertan... you rock!
Location is amazing, very close to Aya Sofiya mosque and many other beautiful sites.
Also very afordable accommodation. All in all we were very satisfied:)
The room was clean and there were no problems with water pressure.
However, there were no tissues in the room, which was a negative point.
The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite.
Breakfast was pretty good too.
The service was awesome and especially Mohamed helped us out a lot. He let us check out an hour later than normal and we could even store our luggage after checking out.
All together a great experience!
But are some minuses that made me crazy in this hotel:
- terrible wi-fi, the connection failed all the time, it was impossible to google any info with pictures, or sent any files in messengers
- the showerhead has black mold on it, disgusting.
- the room is super tiny so when I opened front door it was stuck by bed.
- Toilet flushed really badly
- No supplements, no tooth brushes, htere was awfull shower gel and shampoo in common tube and that's it. Moreover it is not obvious what is shampoo and what is shower gel
- there were no covers for blankets and it was quite hard to explain them which item exacly they need to bring. Also they removed them after clean service and I had to explain it again.
- It was impossible to sleep with open window: it is SOOOO noisy over there. There restaurants, smoking people and tram since 5 am till 1 am
- breakfast is strange, the food is not tasty and fried eggs is the only thing that helped the situation
- bed linen is quite old.
