It’s been over one year and I never received my money back for the security deposit hold! They kept saying allow a few business days but I never got it back and there’s no explanation why. We kept the room clean and didn’t damage anything.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, I forgot my shopping bag in the room. I contacted the hotel immediately after I left, but they claimed they didn’t find anything. I’m very disappointed, as I am sure I left it in the room. I expected more responsibility and transparency from hotel staff.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Everyone is polite a s helpful , especially in reception Sinem always helpful and kind. The spa is also amazing. The front desk girl very helpful as well as the girls for the massage have really good hand.

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night. I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

I recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate a very special moment—my proposal day with my partner. I made sure to inform the hotel twice in advance that we were celebrating this occasion, hoping for a warm touch or even a small gesture from the hotel staff.
Unfortunately, nothing was arranged or acknowledged. We were placed in a standard business-class room that lacked any celebratory atmosphere, and the sofa in the room was noticeably old and worn out, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Enjoyed the stay even more, than expected. Great service, staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Non-smoking sea view room on the 8th floor had gorgeous views and was neat,
clean and very comfortable.
Spa and fitness center are top. Fitness is very well equipped and mordern.
Area is nice and recreational, though not central, with a lot of restaurants around.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed , value for money is immense. The cost is about 1/3 of equivalent Us hotel. Facilities are clean and stuff is extremely helpful.

Smell is in the room so bad .It is not good atmosphere. Don’t have the window or balcony . The service is not professional. The 5⭐️ just the price it’s not balancing with anything.

Review is being updated after a horrible front desk experience. Female at checkin desk is very unenjoyable person to interact with. The smirking is crazy. The review also goes to the manager who never called back. Clearly there is a serious problem if I’m wasting my vacation time to address her. They also don’t help with parking on weekends when the public uses their parking lot to go to boardwalk next door.
This place lost a frequent customer sadly. Staying at the Key hole instead and the rooms are 10x better. Save yourself. Look how much nicer our room is at the Key hole for the same price.

Amazing location in Izmir, by the beach with breathtaking views in sea & also mountains. Connected to shopping mall, if you reserve a Suite you get access to Club Lounge in 13th floor serving snacks, meals, deserts & drinks from morning until evening, the breakfast buffet at the lobby, they have good outdoor & indoor swimming pools, spacious suites, conformable beds, sofas & pillows, good bathrooms with standing shower & bathtub, double sink & double TVs, good coffee machine & working desk in the suite. Free valet parking. Walking distance to the beach & marine museum is next door! Good staff, delicious food, the Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek is very recommended for short vacations.
