This was our second time staying at this hotel with our 7-year-old daughter and our parents, and we will definitely come back again. The hotel is perfect for families with children, but not only. There are plenty of attractions, entertainment options, food and drink spots, animations, daily live concerts, and shows. After two stays, we can say that the hotel has only positives for us. The only small downside was that most of the live concert music consisted of Russian songs, even though there were just as many Polish guests as Russian ones. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean from morning until night, and the rooms are also very well cleaned every day. The food is varied and very tasty each day. All hotel staff are extremely kind and always helpful. During our stay, it was my mother’s birthday, so we went to Guest Relations to arrange a surprise for her. Mr. Kamil, who welcomed us there, was incredibly kind and helpful. He advised us on what we could organize and the best way to do it. Meanwhile, our daughter received some lovely gifts. Everyone there is truly wonderful. The birthday surprise was perfectly arranged by the staff, for which we are very grateful. During our last stay, our daughter became ill, and we had to use the medical services at the hotel. We highly recommend it if needed. The medical personnel were professional, competent, and extremely kind. To cheer up our daughter, the doctor made balloons out of gloves and drew pictures on them. After the visit, we were taken to a nearby clinic. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, Guest Relations called our room to ask how our daughter was feeling, whether we needed anything, and reminded us that we could always turn to them if needed. We’ve been traveling to Turkey every summer for the past 10 years, but we have never felt so well taken care of as we did here 🥰 Thank you!

The services were great, the resort is amazing and has plenty of activities, especially if you travel with children. The only improvement that can help is to have employees that know a little more English.

I enjoyed it so much only cause of the personal. Fun activities and nice peoples. Especially Zeynep she can make you smiling all day long. And even Nurik is such a nice man. Definitely recommend! Such a good food and a would recommend the Ice coffee and döner. The room was nice and comfortable. Mega water park was best!

Excellent hotel for its category, especially with small children. Huge territory, its own water park. Food for its price category is excellent. There is an "Olympic" pool of 50 m, for amateur swimmers it is just paradise, in the sea along the buoys 300 meters for training in open water. The concept of "3 hotels - one territory" allows you to choose the most convenient format of rest - "children's", "party", "pensioner", etc. There is a lot of information and reviews on the Internet and social networks, you can look at everything in advance.

Room and lobby is nice. But I think that a hotel like this should have blackout curtains. Food was ok, but really crowded dining room ( looked like all the guest from World was also dining there. But first hotel Ive been to that didnt have ice cream for the kids . They had a ice cream house, but it wasnt open. Area was nice with a entertainment for the kids.. Service wasnt great. I was travelling with a kid and a senior citizen in a wheelchair. In all other hotels we always got help finding a table, but not in Lonicera. We walk around for 10 minutes sometimes, looking for a table. Also- the senior citizen sadly went to hospital. I asked if we could keep the room 1-2 hours more becouse of this. Had to talk to the reception manager that I think didnt belive me. In the end they wanted 100 euro for late check out (more or less the same price as one night for 3 people), witch was dissapointing and was really stressful for me and my son.
