The holidays was soo good. But so fast. The location of the hotel is so nice. Mu room was bright and clean. Food iş good. Personal iş friendly. The boys in restaurant are hardworker. İ hope i will came back here again.

Very nice hotel, good location. Its on beach and it has a pool. You have unlimited drinks and food which i find fantastic.

İ fall in love in this holidays. İt was super. İ like evening Animation so much. Thank you Marina, öne lady who works in hotel. She was always ready to help. İ hope İ will came bacak here again.

I have never seen such a beautiful beach anywhere. Althought I have been to many countries and many seas. I was impressed color and also the sea was incredibly clean.
The staff really cares about the guests and always ask if they need anyrhing.
The food is very tasty and varied, especially the dinners.

Disco is playing extremely loud to 1 AM, EVERYDAY. Beach is unusable for any tourists because drunk guests needs to have unstoppable fun.

Clean, big, spacious rooms 👌 very good location, big plus parking space....have own access to the beach ⛱️ , good food, good service, good location 😀 on Saturdays we have a live music 🤗👏definitely recommended, and come back for more 🫶

First of all, overbooking in this hotel is not an exception - IT IS A RULE. None of the guestst that came with us from Serbia got the room they paid for in the first place. We got bigger room for 2 days, but only because we were strict about that and not accepting worse.
The receptionist guy was very rude, didn't even try to apologize for the inconvenience and yelling at us (like it is our foult they overbooked the hotel and like we don't have any right to complain).
Also, extremely rude beach stuff -guy with a straw hat!
Washing sunbed tables, not caring about guests' towels and shoes. After kindly asked him to be careful with our belongings, guy started yelling at me, SHOWING ME THE "SHHHH" AND "ZIP IT" SIGN WITH HIS HAND!!!
VERY disrespectful and unprofessional behavior towards woman guest, without even an apology.
He continued yelling at me in Turkish (even though I told him i don't understand it) constantly showing "zip it" and "shh" signs, (and all because I asked him not to pour water on our belongings).
To insult a female guest in such a rude manner is unacceptable, especially in a 4 star hotel.
This throws a shade on other stuff who were very good and professional.
They don't clean beach, it's full of cigarettes.
Food was very good.
Rooms comfortable.

The position of the hotel is excellent.Rooms clean cleaned every day.Very tasty food and excellent cuisine.Special thanks to Sefa,likeable and hardworking young man.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 02/27/21. They celebrated my birthday on February 27 and the wedding day on February 29. After checking in, we received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a basket of flowers, it was very nice and in the evening a table was set for us in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive, everything is clean and tidy! Covid measures are being followed! The food is excellent, everything is enough: a lot of greens, salads, special respect to the confectioner, new sweets every day) I can’t say anything about drinks - we don’t drink; except for tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is very convenient, direct access to Cleopatra beach, a cave, a fortress on a mountain, a city center and a pedestrian street - everything is nearby and there are many different shops on this street. We really liked the hotel, we are ready to return again and with great pleasure, thank you for your work!
