Xperia Saray Beach Hotel

We have been staying at the hotel for two days, and there is no hot water, and the food is cold. For the New Year’s Eve dinner, they requested an additional payment of 60€ , which is completely unjustified given the overall price.

Overall, the price does not match the conditions of the hotel. I would advise against visiting this place.

The lighting in the room is only provided by night lamps and ceiling lights that cannot be turned off. To sleep peacefully, we had to remove the card from the power slot, which turns off all the electricity in the room. This also disables the air conditioning, leaving the room cold, and we are unable to charge our phones. However, we had no other option because we couldn’t sleep with the ceiling lights on.

We have stayed in other 4-star hotels, and this one does not compare. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel at best.

On the positive side, the common areas are clean, and on the first day, our room was cleaned, and the towels were replaced.

On the first day, we reported to reception that the water was cold, and they said the issue affected the entire hotel but was resolved. However, on the second day, when we mentioned it again, the receptionist said it was reported too late and could not be checked at the moment, suggesting we report it only in the morning.

At check-in, we were initially given a room with an unpleasant smell. At the reception, they suggested we sleep there for one night and promised to change our room the next day. We refused, and they gave us another room where it was very cold because there was a gap between the door and the wall, through which you could see outside. We informed the staff, and they were very annoyed. They came with some silicone to seal the gap, saying they would fix it properly the next day. The repair was done poorly.

Although the hotel is very well located and we had access to a heated outdoor pool for New Year's, I can't say the same about the all-inclusive service. Ice cream and cocktails were not included, and even if you wanted to pay for cocktails, they often didn't have the ingredients to prepare them.

As for the food, it was rather poor and not very appetizing, with the desserts being repetitive.

I advise you to avoid this hotel if you want a worry-free vacation.

As soon as we got our room, we noticed that our bed was wet because water was leaking from the upstairs into our bed. We were able to switch to another room, but the new room had mold on the ceiling, and both the bathroom and the sheets smelled of mold. We could not change rooms again that day and were forced to sleep in a moldy room. In the morning, we demanded another room change because the mold was clearly affecting our health. At first, the front desk employee refused to move us, but after further complaints, they eventually agreed. However, they did not offer any compensation for our suffering and informed us that the next room would also be on the same moldy floor. This hotel ruined my vacation.
