I want to warn other travelers against choosing this hotel. My brother and I were unfairly and unprofessionally evicted after only about 12 hours at the hotel. The reason? My brother politely greeted a manager of the hotel, who responded by saying, “Remove your hand, you have dirty fingers” — in a disrespectful and offensive manner. This is not what you would expect as a paying guest.
Shortly after, we were evicted from the hotel without any valid reason, and the hotel even called the police to have us removed. We had already agreed with the hotel’s manager that we would get a refund, but when we tried to contact our travel agency to sort it out, the hotel denied us access and again called the police to keep us out. We weren’t even allowed to collect our belongings in peace.
We are now left without the stay we paid for and without the service and respect that all guests deserve. I can only strongly advise others to avoid booking at this hotel as long as the management treats guests this way.
