Reviews
- The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early.
- The food buffet offers variety but becomes repetitive, and finding seating during busy times can be challenging.
- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses.
- Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience.
- Rooms located near the center of the resort may experience loud music late into the night, potentially disturbing sleep, especially for families with young children.
- The hotel lacks sufficient elevators, with only one small lift serving the block. Staying on the 5th floor meant waiting up to 5 minutes for an elevator that could only accommodate around four people at a time.
Overall, this hotel is okay for couples but would not be recommended for large families. Its location is convenient, with a wide variety of shops and markets nearby. It's not a bad hotel, but it's not great, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
Beside this, there were many misleading or bad things:
1. Stuff did not speak English, and very very rude and you can se they could not care less about your stay there. Of course, we found 2 exception to this.
2. In order to get to the beach you had to go out of the resort and you were not allowed to brigs drinks if they are not in cardboard cup-because at the beach we only had a “bar” with hot bear, juices tea and coffee, no cocktails that was opened 10-18 and had the most rude waiter. Therefore if you wanted to drink something else you had to go in the resort.
3. Same food in proportion of 70%, if they served dinner from 7 to 9 and at 8 am lasagna ended for example then they did not replaced the food
4. You were not allowed in the pool after 7pm when dinner started
5. Very hot in the rooms - air conditioning working poorly
6. This is not ultra all inclusive :) short period for snacks and everything else
7. Worst coffee I ever had, and the mediocre one was only served at first level in the building. You had to get out of the beach zone or the pool zone to get some coffee
8. The only beach with rocks!!!!
We walked from one and to another of the beach and the hotels private beach was one of 2 out of 20/30 hotels that did not clean the entrance in the water from the beach
9. Very small beach. I can say that the pictures of the beach from booking (9/45) is fake. The beach is very narrow and holds around 200 people. And there is not much space to move your seat if the sun comes so you will stay in the sun.
Not a great experience sadly!!
The hotel operates in a state of chaos, particularly in the restaurant. Guests are constantly scrambling for food, making the restaurant feel too small for the number of patrons. Finding an available table is a challenge, and the food remains the same each day, despite themed nights such as "Turkish Night" or "Mediterranean Night." Guests, taking advantage of the all-inclusive option, often load their plates with several desserts or dishes, only to find most of them unappetizing.
Dinner at the separate, pre-reserved à la carte restaurant was a three-hour ordeal, with only half an hour spent eating and the rest spent waiting. The rooms are outdated and in dire need of renovation. A hotel that once deserved five stars now barely merits three, with its pools and beach access being its saving grace.
The staff's limited understanding of English is another issue. For instance, when I requested "three colas please," the bartender gave me a cola, a sprite, and an unpleasant drink. This incident underscores the overall decline in service quality at this hotel.
Additionally, the hotel is in a terrible location, far from everything. It's suitable only for those who plan to stay within the resort and not venture out. The difficulty in finding buses to nearby cities like Antalya and Alanya makes it impractical for anyone looking to explore the area. This poor location further detracts from the overall experience.
Saying that, we would have rated it close to a 4 star hotel, rather than 5 star. Here is why:
- Food: Was very repetitive and wasn’t aimed at a British audience. Our child ate chips and nuggets most days. A bit of variety would have been nice.
- Pools: We went during the Easter break. The air temperature was 25C most days, but the two pools were freezing, so we barely went in them.
- Location: Was a good 1.5 hours from airport and there wasn’t much to do around the hotel except shop! (Though beach was great)
- Language: English was spoken by most staff, but poorly. So when issues like WiFi or transport came up, it was hard to communicate.
Though there were some issues. We did really enjoy our stay and thought that the hotel was really good value for an all inclusive!
Animators are very active.all of them.
Rooms clean. We had a wifi problem for one day.
colourful and tasty foods.
