Azura Deluxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

I actually stayed at a hotel next to this and the music and bass was just so loud you could literally hear it at least 500m. Music was played until 12am, it was horrible. Do not go here if you want to have a peaceful sleep.
I feel sorry for the people actually sleeping in the hotel.

The hotel is really bad, it doesn't even remotely fit the price and quality.
1.The cleanliness of the hotel is avarage on best, saw few cockroaches In the kitchen
2.there was an incident where after leaving room we were met with a snake, management was really long to react after 3 people complained, they didn't believe and didn't do anything until they heard we have a video of the snake.
3. The indoor pool is always closed
4. The one towel per day policy is really stupid, you use your one towel everywhere, sea, sauna, pool and etc. So that's really absurd
5. Even when time in specified how long pool works, they close it hour sooner, for no reason
6. The food/souvenir shop is tragic, we bought Turkish delight from there and it had worms and flies inside, it had to be a souvenir for family, and the embarrassment I felt after we opened them was unbelievable.
7. Guest relation main lady is rude, she only sees her way and try to smooth or bribe everything out with champagne and food, that you can get in the hotel on your own in the pastry and bar.
8.the hotel is understaffed by waters, when the hotel was full, in the dining place you see them running around like crazy, and you still have to wait for forks/knives and drink really really long, it took one time around 10 minutes to sit around and wait for your food to get cold.

There were some nice people working there, few waitresses that were really friendly, few housekeeping ladies, but the rest is so bad, that this hotel doesn't deserve the rating it currently has, or the money it costs. So I would really suggest better pick anything else, cause this hotel will be disappointing.

Third day of a stay we saw COCKROACH in the restaurant where bread and soups were served. Next day we saw another already dead cockroach near the kitchen entrance.
Our room was in the 7th floor. Fourth day there was SNAKE in the corridor that got in to other room where people were sleeping. We rushed to the reception to report the snake, but it took them 10-15 min to start doing something. Simply because they didn’t believed, until I showed them video. What if snake had bitten guests that stayed in that room? Reaction time was too slow. We had several conversations with guest relations, and they just offered us cheap alcohol free sparkling wine.
Also in hotel shop we bought Turkish delight sweets with worms inside it (saw it when we came back home)
Overall it was disgusting, disappointing. Would never ever recommend Azura deluxe hotel to anyone.

This hotel is not for Islamic couples and should not be booked by anyone who is really looking for peace and quiet. it is a party hotel and right next door is the granada hotel which makes for a bad mood with its even louder and even more annoying music and animation. You are surrounded by loud music from 10:00 in the morning until 00:00 in the evening. those who like loud music and constant animation can look forward to it. However, we wanted decent and quiet days and nights and were severely disappointed there. if quality food is important, you will also be disappointed there. a variety of menus are offered, but it tastes like in a canteen. the only tasty thing was the freshly grilled meat which was offered. at least the staff was very friendly and courteous
