The food selection is amazing, and freshly cooked. The staff are hard working and friendly.
The facilities are great and the location fabulous for a walk around the shops.
If we were to return to the area we would definitely use the hotel again.
The rooms were spotless and cozy, cleaned daily with great care. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal felt like a treat!
A gentle, pleasant scent lingered throughout the hotel, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel also has a lovely spa area, where I had two massages during our stay. They were done by Putu and Mega, who are not only incredibly skilled professionals but also truly kind and lovely people!
We’re truly grateful to all the staff we had the pleasure of meeting, especially Kamila — thank you for your time, your kindness, and the heartwarming conversation. It’s rare to meet such genuinely warm people.
A special thanks also to the Lobby Bar staff for their friendly attention and warm smiles.

The hotel’s public areas were clean, and our room was generally well-maintained. While there were a few minor spots of mold, they didn’t bother us. There is room for improvement. Housekeeping attended to our room daily upon request, which we appreciated.
The food was satisfactory, offering a variety of options each day. We were pleased with the meals, and the children enjoyed them as well. Occasionally, we added a bit of salt or sugar to taste, but overall, we found the food enjoyable and filling. We didn’t make use of the children’s buffet or the beach bar’s offerings.
We didn’t experience any long waits for the elevator, as the hotel was not very crowded during our stay.
Both the indoor and outdoor pools were on the cooler side, but this didn’t stop the children from diving in and spending hours enjoying the water. As adults, we also found the pools refreshing once we adjusted to the temperature.
There were plenty of activities available for the children within the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area much beyond a quick visit to the boulevard.
Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely. It’s a pleasant place with attentive, friendly staff who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable.
As for whether it qualifies as a five-star ultra all-inclusive, I’ll leave that judgment to others. For us, and especially for the children, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
But the Spa were really kind and good. Those people were the best staff
