Orsmaris Boutique Hotel

The first time being here and it’s been absolutely awful, words can’t describe how terrible this hotel is. It’s ruined our entire holiday and experience in Turkey.
Staff are ignorant and fast tempered, aggressive, no respect what so ever.
No aircon promised air con would be sorted the following morning after arriving. 5 days later still no air con. No working fridge since we got here. Day two I reported and complained to night staff and he ripped the fridge out of the cupboard. Two days later cleaning replaced with the exact same fridge still not working.
Also that member or staff showed disrespect towards us even tho we have no air conditioning in 40 degrees heat and was promised to be fixed the following morning. Then carried on to be aggressive and cheeky and rude to us.
Day 5 still no working fridge or air con. Staff absolutely terrible want to deal with no problems, “speak to manager”.
Same night shift staff on 4 days later hid his face below counter to avoid us as he knew nothing was resolved.

Honestly words cannot describe how absolutely awful the staff are let alone this hotel. I don’t know how it is still open never mind “fully booked” I have never been treated with such disrespect and never stayed in an absolute shambles like this hotel STAY AWAY!

The hotel looked nice in the photos and it is not in reality. Staff are not proffessional and they barely can speak english. Some of the staff are racist and dont like if you are not muslim. Room was less than average and they dont even put water in the fridge.

If you are looking to come to Marmaris, then do not come to Orsmaris Boutique. The rooms are NOT as they describe. So dull and the tv is literally the size of my palm. The room design is literally from 1995. The service is ok. Hotel staff are amazing till you complain especially Abdullah. I paid for a Double standard room and they took a twin bedroom and pushed the 2 single beds together. My first night my back started aching so i asked to switch over to another bedroom. They said i can switch over to a double bedroom after a few days so in the meanwhile I had to book another hotel for 3 days (thats how bad it got). When i got back, they switched my room to the one next door to mine and it was the exact same. 2 single beds pushed together. I told the reception staff and they started to give me sh#t saying thats how it is when it clearly is NOT advertised like that. This experience ruined my anniversary that i came for. Absolutely do not come or book your visit to this hotel.

Hello everybody who is seeing this review i recommend you not to book this hotel because its the bad hotel in Marmaris the stuff is unpolite specially the reception stuff they don't respect the people unpolite and they don't understand english very well so this hotel is zero and if there are number under zero it will make me satisfied.

I just makes me sad writing this because my holiday got ruined. This hotel was a horrible experience for us. AC not working properly and the weather is extremely hot. No iron provided, we asked and they said they don’t have it. The bathroom tap splashes water everywhere and bathroom exhaust does not work properly. Horrible experience, I would recommend going for some other hotel. This is beyond below average and very old.
