Fantastic experience at the Green Nature Diamond Hotel! The food was excellent and the service was second to none. Plenty of beds around the pools, there were two to choose from

The service to the food to the hospitality to the staff who are so kind and hard working and always make your time at Green Nature Diamond the best experience

Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over

The hotel was fab. Everything and everyone was catered for. Thank you to our waiter Recep Aygün for looking after us so well. We will defo be back.

Looked at reviews before we booked a couple of bad ones but I would not take any notice. The Hotel was brilliant, Rooms cleaned every day fresh towels. Fresh water bottles every day cleaners were lovely

Great wee hotel! Here for a holiday with my partners family and was great! Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning

Food is gorgeous and the hotel reps are just the best, they go above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere, especially for the kids! The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range

If you have children, they will not be disappointed and will have a great time. We will definitely be back again!

The staff Is great , from the entertainers to the kitchen. Food got great selection and it's tasty! Everyone very polite and nice. Location is great, close to the shops and night life if you wish to change scenery

This is a fabulous hotel overall. I agree with previous posts about certain families being very rowdy etc, but it doesn't really affect you, you just have to ignore it

The pool area and pool staff were great although we never had sunbeds poolside for the whole duration!! This is disgusting

This hotel was quite a bit further out than we realised, but not too big of an issue as it’s a nice enough walk along to the main area. And there’s shops and restaurants not too far from the hotel either

And they have 2 tennis courts, when they don't even have a volleyball one. (plz switch 1 tennis court to a volleyball one). Besides that everything was perfect!

Best staff I have ever met, very friendly. It was a really nice experience, everything was good. The rooms, the food, the activities, the location, the views

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

I rested in this hotel and I want to recommend it to you, since it is very cozy for a family vacation, we really liked it) and I also recommend doing a family photo shoot, or in such a chic dress the photo will be worse, there are photographers on the territory who do a cool photo shoot, so I am very satisfied with the photo shoot and the vacation in general, I recommend

Ice cream, waffles, pancakes are all included in the all inclusive, not just in resort but on the beach too. The area is beautiful and nicely set back from the town centre but its only a short walk for change of scenery

Whilst we could here the music from Icon beach bar late at night (and our room was fairly close by) it didnt affect any of our sleep. including our 1, 7 and 11 year olds. Would love to go again and highly recommend!

The photography team were great with my kids (even taking a shine to my youngest (ginger) and remembering her name whenever she came past!)

Everything was taken care of, the food was fresh, skillfully prepared and constantly rotated, such that even after a full week we could discover new dishes! Service is amazing and staff is very attentive (we got asked 3 times by the manager how we enjoy our stay)

The Service at reception was not a bit helpful. I was contacted by the rep that there was not much at that time they could do straight away. 3 days later we were moved to the same room we had last year

  The a‘la carte restaurant is amazing, too! The only room for improvement that we saw was the coffee (the fancy machine behind the bar was not being used properly) and the cocktails (cheaper local brands were used, international brands cost extra)

Food was delicious - a variety of options for all 3 meals, from local Turkish cuisine to familiar and kid-friendly options. The spa was amazing and left us feeling refreshed

So i am now pleased to give them 5 stars all round if reception were a bit more helpful on 1st notification all this could have been resolved there and then

Dont get me wrong we wanted a suite with a double balcony thinking that was what we had booked. So now a happy bunny we ended up with what was expected

Mini fridge is not a fridge and not stocked although tui said it was. all in all a good place to holiday. Would come again to be honest

Food and beverages are excellent, rooms are big and quite clean. There's almost no period where food is not accessible. Despite not being close to the sea, it takes you only 6-7 minutes by foot to reach the beach

The staff can't so enough for you and are alway smiling despite the long hours they work and the manager is always on hand. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice

But wanted to give a complete and honest review. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Any time I went to the bar to order drinks, they would always insist on bringing them over for me instead of me carrying them

Just back from a great holiday at club viva hotel I have no complaints the staff and management were lovely and helpful the room we had was lovely with pool view rooms cleaned daily I will be booking to go back soon this year

Very attentive around the pool in taking away empties and keeping the area clean and on top of it. We had breakfast included in our stay. One day they did omelettes, the next it was pancakes

Nothing was too much trouble for them and no matter how busy the bars were you would always be greeted by a refreshing smile. As somebody that runs pubs/ bars himself their work ethic and effectiveness really stood out

Currently 6 days into our stay with a few more to go. I must say this hotel is OUTSTANDING. There are are 2 main highlights during our stay so far. The entertainment team are absolutely fabulous

From the banta to the endless itinerary of fun and interactive activities for all ages right from the morning until the bar closes at night

Also there are British reps in the lobby everyday for any queries. Over all we loved the holiday and would recommend to anyone with children

Fab service from when we arrived, great entertainment and fab choice of food. Super fun for the kids despite the weather
